SCAM SCAM SCAM I PROMISE YOU! DO NOT HIRE!!!! To respond to his story: I am very happy to pay people for a good job, even a mediocre job all the time. I only refused to pay until the job was done, like any normal business transaction. He text blasted me for hours until I finally gave in only because he promised to finish the job. Any business that can't wait until the job is complete shows they are desperate thus not as successful as they claim. Which made me suspicious so I looked up his business and can't find a thing except for his website. Point is, said he could do a job, promised to come back and complete the job including windows "market ready" and did not - after getting paid. Didn't call or text to say he wasn't even planning on returning. If you get paid you should do what you promised to do. How would you feel if you still had a filthy house - we're made to pay anyway - and they just have your money - robbed.

I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! But we both have day jobs and didn't have enough free time on our hands to get our hone gussied up. Enter Cascade Maids. From the moment I first contacted Cascade Maids, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. They integrate with Google quite well and I was able to chat with someone through GMail to explain our needs. After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.) They don't know what a bid means, you fill out their Q&A for a move out clean square footage,…read morebedrooms,bathroom & so on then they quote you a price...crew no English have to use Google translator then told they cant do the job in the time quoted and will need another 3 hours or they will only be able to do two rooms & not very thorough....they quoted the rooms and square footage & couldn't come close to to doing the job as if they have no idea what a quote or a move out clean is. Im pretty sure this is the common practice. When we moved in we had one girl do a thorough job on the bathroom,kitchen & dinning room for 200 how two couldn't come close to finishing 1 of those completely is a mystery. The fix? Dont offer a quote based on square footage, bathrooms,bedrooms & type of clean because it will not be honored & will be up sold for more hours and more money or left quarter done.
