Over priced for the service delivered. They require an expensive deep cleaning service first, but…read morethey don't "deep clean" anything. Only surface clean most things. They won't dust shelves with lots of things on them. They won't do light fixtures. They won't move furniture, they say they do cabinets, but they don't. They say they do floors, but they don't even wet mop them. After I complained, and sent pictures of what they left dirty (before I rated them) they asked if they could do a "reclean " . They came back and only "re-cleaned" two of the eight things I sent pictures of in adequate cleaning. The salesman was nice, and polite. He said he sent his best cleaner...They said they would be there with Two maids for four hours or until it was done, they were there an hour and a half the first time and even less time the second. I have less than 500 ft.² and I was very disappointed since I paid $250. Therefore I did not contract them for consistent ongoing cleaning. Nor did they follow up with me. Where do you get good help these days? I no longer can physically do it myself so I was willing to pay someone else. But not if they're not going to do the work.

It was too late for me to hire anyone else because I had to move out of the property. She was scheduled to arrive at 11AM. At 10 AM, she called and asked if she could reschedule for the following day. I explained to her that I needed it done at the agreed time. She showed up at almost two in the afternoon. I had a meeting to attend so against my better judgment, I paid her and asked her to let herself out. Later, when I was doing the walk through with the landlord, it was discovered that the refrigerator and oven was not done costing me a cleaning fee.

I believe if you hire someone to do a job you should have open communication of what's expected of both parties. I asked Linda if she could try cleaning a light switch that had stickers on it. Her response was "no I don't clean stickers". Then I asked her if the restroom was done because the door was closed and she came back with "we did the best we could because your house was filthy" I basically moved foward with asking if she had stronger cleaning supplies to try and clean the tub better and that's when things got heated. I wasn't expecting to be given attitude to clean something to the level of which we were paying her. We were paying her a good amount and the way she responded to my request with an attitude because we weren't accepting her sub par service . She kept saying your house is dirty, your house is nasty. Lady that's why I hired you! I'm posting my experience just to give people a heads up. Thankfully we stopped her service midway through so we didn't have to pay the full amount for a service not given. I would've happily tipped her on top of service. Do better!
