Beware of hiring Tenorio & Romero to do any work. They do sloppy work and will not take…read moreresponsibility, only your money. I paid them for labor only to properly tile a small shower. I provided all the materials ahead of time, and offered to buy anything else they might have needed, which they declined (except more mortar, which they had more than enough to properly level the floor). The job that they said would take two days actually took three days, and when I tested the water 48 hours later, the floor was completely unleveled, water was pooling everywhere and not making it to the drain (which is not clogged). The contractor came back and said it was probably because he had stepped on the floor while it was still wet in order to finish grouting the walls. So he came back and laid another layer of tile on top of the existing layer. Again, 48 hours later, I tested the water and while it was a little bit better, it was still not quite making it to the drain. When I messaged Tenorio about it, there was no response and they blocked me on Facebook. After I started calling them out on Facebook, they unblocked and responded, but took no responsibility despite the videos clearly showing not only the pooled water, but the level showing the slope going away from the drain instead of towards it. Warning to others in El Paso, do not hire Tenorio & Romero!!

They won't dust shelves with lots of things on them. They won't do light fixtures. They won't move furniture, they say they do cabinets, but they don't. They say they do floors, but they don't even wet mop them. After I complained, and sent pictures of what they left dirty (before I rated them) they asked if they could do a "reclean " . They came back and only "re-cleaned" two of the eight things I sent pictures of in adequate cleaning. The salesman was nice, and polite. He said he sent his best cleaner...They said they would be there with Two maids for four hours or until it was done, they were there an hour and a half the first time and even less time the second. I have less than 500 ft.² and I was very disappointed since I paid $250. Therefore I did not contract them for consistent ongoing cleaning. Nor did they follow up with me. Where do you get good help these days? I no longer can physically do it myself so I was willing to pay someone else. But not if they're not going to do the work.
