Karina's Home Cleaning Service

I genuinely don't think I've ever been this impressed with a cleaning service. This was hands down…read morethe BEST cleaning job I have ever seen done on a home, and I've hired professional cleaners for years. From the moment they started, I was blown away by how efficient and thorough they were. There were three cleaners, they arrived around 3:00 PM and were completely finished by about 6:20 PM. I genuinely don't understand how they managed to clean this thoroughly in that amount of time because they did NOT cut corners. When I say they cleaned EVERYTHING, I mean everything. They moved things to clean underneath and behind them, including consoles and dressers. They wiped down the baseboards, dusted everything, and paid attention to areas that most cleaning services completely overlook. My shower especially shocked me. It had built-up dirt and soap scum that I was having trouble getting completely clean, and somehow they got it looking BRAND NEW. I walked in afterward and couldn't believe the difference. My house is a newer build, and after they finished, it literally looked and felt like the day it was first built. Every room was spotless. Every surface looked clean. The floors, bathrooms, baseboards, furniture, corners, and little details were all taken care of. You could tell they weren't just trying to make the house "look clean." They actually CLEANED it. What impressed me most was the combination of thoroughness and efficiency. Usually, you either get someone who works quickly but misses things, or someone who is extremely thorough but takes the entire day. Somehow, this team managed to be incredibly detailed AND efficient. I kept walking around my house afterward noticing more things they had cleaned and thinking, "Wait... they cleaned THAT too?!" I also have to mention the value. Having used professional cleaning services for years, including in Los Angeles, I can confidently say the quality of service I received was exceptional. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I rarely leave reviews this detailed, but they absolutely deserve it. My entire house feels refreshed, spotless, and genuinely professionally cleaned. This wasn't just a good cleaning. This was probably the best professional cleaning I've ever had. I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Absolutely incredible. 10/10!

But after my experience, I would urge people not to spend their hard earned money on a business with an immature business owner with the worst communication skills. Let me preface that we have always been fairly happy with our service. We've had a few not so great cleans, but for the most part, we've been happy. There were just some things we couldn't get past which caused us to cancel our services. We had requested on numerous occasions one cleaner not return to our home - despite this, she has been assigned twice that we can remember. When my husband texted Debra about it, without a response back, he followed up the next day asking if the request for another cleaner and day change to accommodate another cleaner had been done. Debra had responded back "when things are asked of us, we get it done." Additionally, I did not receive a response to my text about it. Personally, I don't think that was the way to respond to a customer who was following up on something that was ignored, but we brushed it off because you can't tell tone over texts. Fast forward - in July, we were supposed to get a cleaner on our normal scheduled day, however it was the 4th of July that Friday) we thought they'd send one on Thursday, but nothing. It would be nice if they would let a customer know that due to holidays, when their next service would be. Fast forward to about a month ago, the cleaner who we asked not to return showed up to our home. Additionally, the cleaner we requested was changed because they thought someone else would be a better fit for us. I called Debra about it, and while sharing our frustrating experience in the nicest tone possible, and letting her know we really liked dealing with them but that I had some feedback to share, she straight up hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. Then had her poor admin (Erin I think her name was) call me to do damage control and clean up her mess because she couldn't handle bad feedback and hung up. Why would you want to work for someone like that? I know she will get on here and argue and rebuttal, and that alone should have been the first red flag for us - seeing how innappropriately she responds to reviews that are not in her favor. Stay away from here. There are way better businesses in MOCO.

Or this or that. That should pretty much say it all. I pointed out that after they'd finished there was visible debris on the floors and they just said 'sorry.' They probably didn't clean the bathroom stalls and tubs but whatever they cleaned, 'deep' wasn't it. Later the business owner protested that when the cleaners left I said things were okay. But that's actually because I didn't know what to say to them anymore after answering their questions about SHOULD they clean the upstairs or SHOULD they vacuum bedrooms. Yes, I was exhausted. Better yet. When we tried paying, their cash app AND Venmo links didn't work. I suggested cash and thet were FIRM they didn't take it. No reason given. Then, because it was 10 pm and I was tired of trying, I said that was their problem and I wasn't going to attempt the apps anymore. Suddenly I got 'Are you serious?' and was called rude and frustrated. Last but not least, my realtor said the next day that the place needed a real cleaning. Because their job was disgusting. But that's not all. The way they treated me as soon as I questioned them is shocking. In their response on Yelp they dared to write that I was frustrated and distracted when I told their inexperienced cleaners to just do their jobs without repeatedly asking me what needed doing, when I clearly stated in my report that I was frustrated by their inexperience or unprofessionalism, or both. Tell me, what professional cleaners ask the customer IF something needs to be cleaned while charging $350 for Deep cleaning a $1400 sq ft townhome? Doesn't that prove they don't know what DEEPCLEANING means? In their knee jerk attack on us they missed that their own 'policy' was we shouldn't even be there when the job was done, but if we'd been absent like they wanted us to be, their cleaners would have had no one to ask what they shouldn't have needed to ask in the first place if they were true professionals, would they? In which case, whom would they have falsely blamed for being distracted? Strike one. They also forgot while maligning me that we wouldn't have been able to monitor what their cleaners were doing if we hadn't been around, which their comment about me being on the phone while they were working seems to suggest was MY responsibility. They ALSO missed, probably because they aren't very thoughtful or professional, that by telling the world what their cleaners thought I was doing or talking about on the phone, they were giving away that their cleaners were listening in on my private affairs (as my door was closed they could only have heard anything if they were eavesdropping). Moreover, they missed that if we'd not stayed home like they 'preferred,'--and why is that their preference?--they couldn't have asked us anyway if the job was well done, which seems to be a big part of their reasoning for why I shouldn't complain about the poor job they did (actually, I did; they left debris on the floor that I showed them and then myself picked up in their presence?) Strike 4. They've unwittingly revealed that their Yelp counterattack is specious by forgetting that their 'policy' itself makes all their attempts to show me in the wrong invalid. Poor fools. They got paid even though they treated us this way becuase we kept trying when we could so easily have said 'Oops, your links didn't work four or five times.' A payment that they got even after their unprofessional tone, attitude and lack of logic. Lastly, did I mention that our realtor who is a highly established and respected local realtor is the one who inspected their 'work' and said the whole job needed doing again? What more can I say. $350 for a 1.5 hour DEEPCLEANING down the drain.
