We decided to…read moreget this service when we realized our new efficient HVAC in our new-to-us house didn't come with an update to the 40+ year old ducting. I had noticed since we moved in my allergies were really activated too. Clean Air Como came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Tyler and Kellen arrived on time and walked me through the process. They got right to work sealing up all our ducts and brushing out every duct. My favorite part was when they wiped down every duct cover! It only took about half a day for our house and they were super respectful about coming in and out and the safety of pets. At the end of the day they showed me how they patched up the system from where they inserted their equipment and pointed out they reattached an old duct which was never screwed to a beam in the basement in the first place! Really appreciate these guys and if you have the ability to do this refresh, especially on an old house, highly recommend. My allergies were IMMEDIATELY better.

My furnace motor died on me right before a big snow storm and forecasted single digit temperatures…read more I called right when the snow was starting and they had a guy show up at my door within 30 minutes. He was very professional the entire time and was an older guy who obviously seemed to know what he was doing. I ended up having to replace the motor. He had to drive somewhere to get the replacement but drove back and had the whole thing installed and running within 4.5 hours of the time when I had originally called in the request. Price was reasonable (~$400 for my motor + labor) and they do not expect payment at time of service. They will send you a bill in the mail, and you can call to make payment arrangements. They take credit cards. I also called them a few years ago because my furnace was blowing cold air. A guy came out quickly then and replaced a copper coil for about $90 including service visit/labor. Very professional, quick and seem to know what they're doing.
