I've worked with many mortgage loan professionals, but none like Raul. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of loans. He is ethical and honest. After referring someone to him, he always follows up with me on the status of my referral. I referred someone to him with a very difficult loan situation. She could not find anyone to assist her, because it was a difficult case to deal with. I referred her to Raul and although it took a few months, because of all the red tape, he helped her consolidate four loans with a great rate. There have been times when he lets me know that the person I referred already has a good loan with a good rate and they should remain where they are. He is my go-to mortgage loan professional, because I trust him and I will only refer to people I trust with my family, friends and clients. I highly recommend Raul.

Mike Gourley was the worst Allstate agent I have ever dealt with. We were newly married couple and…read moreasked him to get us the best fixed insurance policy offered by Allstate. He put us in the worst policy imageable. His excuse to us for this travesty was "you can't deny me the right to make the most money for my family". Actually, he had a fiduciary responsibility to us as our agent to do what we asked him to do. There have been other errors, but his attitude towards us was unacceptable to any normal minded person. We changed our agent to another Allstate agent who was only marginally better. At the end of the day, Allstate Insurance is not what it once was. They are only in it for the money, they their premiums then they raise premiums if a claim is made so that they can recoup the claim amount. This is not insurance. We will be changing our insurance to any other carrier out there. We understand that AAA has some good insurance or maybe Travels insurance. But anyone other than Allstate when no insurance is better than Allstate insurance. Their "good hands" are around their customers necks these days.
