Did a LOT of extensive research on the web for set covers for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma SR5. Called Clazzio and rep picked up on first or second ring and was extremely helpful in designing my seat covers. I went with PVC and they were in stock and I received them in less than a week! Took my son and I about 2 hours to install and I am EXTREMELY impressed with the results. Highly recommend! read more

I want to thank Jared for all of his help and let everyone know that the seat covers provided were top notch quality. You cannot tell the difference between these and factory installed leather seats. I even showed one of my friends and he couldn't tell the difference. Installation took roughly 5-6 hours. Its not a job you want to rush. As long as you take your time and work the leather they come out beautifully. There are also installation videos available on YouTube. The installation process is not bad at all. Well worth the money if you prefer leather seat over cloth in your car. read more

Not a good experience. The sale service is slow and very disappointing!!! Not sure how they run the business, but it seems everything is slow and they don't really care about the customers. My wife ordered a set of leather seat for her new Camry. We were first told they have stock and will process our order imediately. Now it has been almost two weeks, still got nothing from the Sales. We were totaly left in dark and don't know what is going on. The big problem is that the response we got from them is extremly slow. We have no idea how they process the order, what stage my order is, how long I have to wait... We had to cancel the order and don't want to waste more time on it. read more

Changing my mind after I got a response from the business. But by the time they contacted me, Yelp cancelled the coupon code I purchased and started the process for refunding the money (I had to request for refund from Yelp since I didn't get any response from the business even after 2 days). If they had contacted me an hour before, I would have gone ahead and purchased it with the Yelp coupon. I really appreciate their offer to give me the same discount even without the yelp deal. But unfortunately, I ordered the car seat covers through another Clazzio dealer today morning. Only suggestion I have for them is to improve the communication between remote customers so that they won't lose business this way. My set was for a Prius V 2012. Very nice double stitching! Very sturdy. Took me about 5 hours total for installation but I really took my time. It was _very_ difficult to stretch bucket seat covers and the rear folding arm rest. Probably 1/4 of my time was on those few things. The only reason they aren't 5 stars is that some of the plastic clips (especial driver seat) were placed in locations that couldn't possibly work on my model. I had to cut back the plastic to get around pins that were in way. In one spot the vinyl tore immediately. Just be very careful if you have to trim back the plastic. read more

I tried calling to get some information on what color seat covers is available for my car. The guy i spoke to was extremely rude and was giving an attitude the whole time. I told the guy I noticed on the website they didn't have the colors I was looking for. He asked me what color I wanted and what car it was for. I told him what color I wanted. He responded in a super rude tone saying we don't have it but we can make it for you but itll be up to 1000 dollars are you willing to pay that? With that kind of tone who on earth would want to do business with people who degrades and are rude to their customers. The phone call literally only lasted less than 30 seconds. I wanted to get more information but his attitude was so bad that I didn't want to continue the conversation. Don't go here. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. read more

i just bought a 2011 prius and rather than pay 3000 more for the model that came with leather, I decided to get cloth and try clazzio seat covers out. you can't even tell they are covers....they look stock. love the fact that i can let my dog jump all over the seats and know that i can just wipe them down or that I can replace them if I had to. great purchase....no regrets. read more

Do not order from this company. We placed our order last May. At the end of August we had not received our seat covers and were given reasons, vacation time, order incorrect etc. We requested a refund which we still have not received. This is 7 months since we originally ordered and 3 months since we were told that a refund was in the mail. We ordered from Katzkin (Canada Seat Skins) and received the seat covers within two weeks and the quality is fabulous. read more

Ordered custom seat covers Oct 20, 2012. As of Jul 29, 2013 I still don't have my seat covers. I've been on the phone several times with them only to be told my seat covers are at the dock ready to be shipped. After being told twice they finally said my seat covers had to be re-ordered and promised me that it would be 4 weeks. It's been 4 months on the reorder and still no seat covers. Today they say they're sending me an email for me to sign stating that I have not filed a claim with my credit card company. WTF! This company has never returned my calls. They tell me the same thing every time I call. And they act as if this is the norm. No apology, no compensation, no nothing. And the lady that answers the phone is terrible with customer service. She don't know and just repeats what they tell her I guess. But I've had it with them. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I ordered these covers for my Toyota Rav4, and was told delivery would be in 6 weeks. I decided to go ahead. After 6 weeks I called them and was told 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, still no seat covers, and when I called and they said my covers "didn't make it into the last container" I said I wanted to cancel the order. They said OK, and a credit would show up on my card. Three days later the seat covers arrived, luckily before I had bought different ones. So, OK they look good and I will keep them. I am installing them now, and the instructions are written by someone who does not write English fluently so they are confusing and incomplete. The individual covers are supposed to be numbered, but not all are, and not all the numbers correspond to the numbers on the instruction sheet. Basically you are pretty much on your own when it comes to installation. The quality is good, and they look nice, but I would not recommend these seat covers. read more
