I've been to this office twice, once for me and once for my daughter who is 4. During my visit I…read moresat in the waiting room for over an hour then once they got be back to a room had me sit for another half an hour before anyone came to see me. When Dr. Jordan finally did see me he examined my ears then sent me back out to the waiting room because he didn't have the specific exam room available that he needed to treat me. Needless to say it was a three hour doctors appointment for him to tell me there was something wrong with my ears but he didn't know what and if I had any further issues to come back. Fast forward to my daughters appointment.... again sat in the waiting room for over an hour! When they finally got us back to a room they examined her ears and put some hydrogen peroxide in her ears and had us wait 20-30 minutes because the doctor was on the phone and couldn't come back in the room. They switched us back and forth from three different rooms and in total we were there for FOUR HOURS!! I was floored by how slow and disorganized this office is and should have known better then to go back a second time but I figured my first experience was a fluke and surely it couldn't happen again. When I questioned them why it took so long for us to be seen the only explanation they could give was that they squeezed an appointment in ahead of mine (it took me a month to get my appointment). If your looking for an ENT run away from here! I will never go back to this office, what a horrible experience!

He has a gift and shares it with all his patients. He does not stop til he has done everything he can to find an answer.And He has never been wrong, though i have challenged him a few times. What a sweet, positive, intelligent, God-fearing, America-loving, down to earth, person and physician, God Bless Dr. Holt!
