I just got a call from her that she cannot clean my house as she does not come out this far. "I thought you were in Detroit." Obviously I am not when I gave you my address and city a week ago and I've been in constant contact with her confirming everything. The woman answering the phone was lovely and said the charge would be 250.00 for a 2000 square foot house. The house was not very dirty at all. One girl showed up and worked for a while an hour later the second worker showed up. They must have left right after I did because I had to totally clean the house after they left. They didn't move items, they wiped around them. The floors had spots of dirt and the sink didn't look like like the touched it. Be careful about hiring this company they were not what they claimed to be.

While cleaning, one of the workers broke a window and Jacob, the owner, indicated that he would contact his insurance company. I heard nothing. I contacted him and he requested that I have the window repaired and send him the bill for reimbursement. I mailed him the bill on September 9, 2017 and have called and sent e-mails on multiple occasions. He has never responded to my communications and has not reimbursed me for the $123.30 repair bill. It has been over six months since the problem occurred. Obviously, this company does not take responsibility for damage that it caused and ignores it customer's concerns. Further, Barlett Cleaning Solutions did not stand behind the commitment they made to resolve the problem. Clearly they are not interested in return business and I cannot recommend them to others.

Always on time, the facility well cleaned and the same employee each day for a long time. A couple years before the relationship ended we started to see a decline in service. Floors were not being cleaned. Dusting not being done. Bathrooms filthy. They struggle to retain employees so the owner filled in and would do the bare minimum. Her partner refused to follow safety rules and had verbal confrontations with the EHS, HR and Production Manager. Complaints to the owner were useless and no improvements were made. When asked to provide additional services we were told they would not be able to staff the request. The end of the near decade business relationship ended through an email from T&R. It was very unprofessional and abrupt. Thankfully, we were already in the bidding process and contracted with another service within two days. I don't recommend this service for all the reasons outlined.
