I went on line and made an appointment for 1:00 PM that same day. I got there just after 12:45. I told them I was there for my appointment, and was told unapologetically that they didn't give flu shots from 1:00-2:00 because they went to lunch. I told them I had booked an appointment on line and had a confirmation number. She just looked at me. So I asked if I could go ahead and get my shot then (it was still a good 10 minutes before 1:00). She just looked at me and said "No. come back at 2:00". I just stared in disbelief for a second, shook my head and said "Like h*ll I will." and walked out. I was floored at the total lack of care or concern. If she had just been a little bit nice, and apologized for the website allowing an appointment to be made while they were closed for lunch, and simply asked if I would mind coming back later, I would have still been annoyed at the inconvenience, but understood that sometimes things happen, and more than likely would have come back and continued to be a customer. I most certainly wouldn't have written this negative review. It really hurt my feelings because seriously EVERY shop, restaurant, business we have dealt with in Bremen has been absolutely amazing. People are incredibly warm and kind. Not sure what is going on at this store. Perhaps I just caught someone on a bad day, but it sure was a lousy experience. There were probably four or five people behind the counter who could have added a bit of polish to the reply I had just gotten, or who could have attempted to make things better, but no one said a word...and that told me everything I needed to know. * I will add that I later made an appointment at the CVS across the street and had a wonderful experience - from the minute I walked in the front door until I left again.

Villa Rica CVS was able to fill same day and had two prescriptions filled in 20 minutes. Mandy who took the call stated it would be over an hour. My husband and I appreciate them so very much. I am grateful for the quick turnaround from a medical standpoint and could not thank them enough. If I had the original Lady's name who tried to transfer earlier I would mention her. Our CVS played games until just before closing the pharmacy and I had to get the Supervisor of the store involved. I hate that but they had them filled and just didn't let me know. I had surgery on monday the 23rd. I was going prescribed a medication I was required to start using…read morethat wasn't ready yet but my pain pills were. It took them 2 more days to fill that medication and when I called at 8:30 in the morning to request it delivered was told I would have to pay an additional same day fee but that if I did that could guarantee it would be delivered from 5-8pm. I put my card on file using the link as requested, and at 8:30pm 12 and a half hours later my medicine still wasn't there I called again. Guess what?! It's "still processing" WTF?? It's ready, it's been there a whole day and it's "in process"?? Seriously?! Get me my medicine and stop playing games with people. The attitude I received from both the morning and evening rep was very much "oh well what can you do". There is NO WAY I will be using this Walgreens again when there's a local pharmacy right across the street that has never screwed me like this. They told me "well most times when this happens it shows up the next morning". I needed it two days ago dude... so anyways my face looks like a bowling ball because I don't have my rinse that's supposed to help prevent additional swelling and it's causing additional pain meaning I have to take more of the potentially Addictive pain medication. Same stuff Walgreens is getting sued for now. I swear if my medication isn't here in the morning I'm just gonna keep posting reviews to keep people away from here.

Terrible service. Sub lines are always long however the employees took forever to make people…read moresubs. Chatting and having side conversations. The deli department on an entirety moved slow and was underprepared. I had to wait for them to cut some more meat. The guy cutting the meat took forever and was chatting with another worker. Their wine selection is better than most other grocery stores. I like how everything is organized so I can easily find it. Best of all, their pharmacy bent over backward when I left a prescription drug at home when traveling. They called my home pharmacy and got the script filled right away. I was so thankful.
