Matt's attitude and customer service was second to none, really attentive and could not do enough for us, and would not accept any help when it came to clearing everything away. Regardless of the typical British BBQ weather (rain, hail, snow and sunshine) everyone really enjoyed their lunch. A massive thank you to Matt and his team @ Shropshire Hills Catering. Would recommend this company to all. Thank you again Matt, will certainly be using your services again in the future.

The food was all freshly prepared at the venue and the waiter staff were well mannered and helpful. The only reason I did not go the full five stars is because I there were some guests that had to wait for starters and some only received a part of what was on the menu. This may have had more to do with the emergence of unexpected guests but I can only hope that Steve and the crew think about this possibility going forward. Would recommend them without a second thought.

Set back from the road the restaurant is really sophisticated, exposed brick, low lighting and white table cloths, probably not what you expect from a curry house in WS1. The menu is small but filled with delicious sounding meat curries (chicken, lamb, seafood) and a proportionally large selection of vegetarian dishes. All three of the main courses and side dishes (paratha, Bombay aloo) were really tasty and came in generous portions. Felt like value for money despite being at a higher price point than the average balti place. The only slight negative was that the waiting staff don't receive the obligatory service charge and they are pretty full on with the up selling (would you like some water means mineral water). Overall a great meal in a really nice surrounding. Really positive for a restaurant in Walsall.
