Any changes I made were made independently and were not discussed with this company because communication from them was extremely limited. I find their response deceptive because it creates a narrative that is inconsistent with my actual experience and appears designed to shift attention away from the issues I raised. Their response also demonstrates my original concern: instead of directly addressing the lack of transparency, the promised monthly check-ins that never occurred, or providing specific evidence of what was accomplished for my business, they offered another lengthy, generalized explanation of their service. Saying reports "can" be produced does not explain why meaningful reporting was not proactively provided during my paid service term. I stand by my review. **************************************Very displeased with this company and the optima program. There is a lack of communication, structure and transparency. There is no way to prove that what they are doing is even helping the business. I don't know what I don't know, so even when I ask questions it's not explained in a way that really gives answers. Mostly the same regurgitated sales pitch. There should be something to show that what they are doing is moving the needle. For the cost of the program, there's not enough being shown to the client to let us know what has been done. Sometime during my program, I shared my issues and was reassured that they would do better to meet me where I'm at and, lo and behold, nothing changed. One specific thing I mentioned was monthly checkins. They agreed, and that did not happen. After a while, I just accepted it for what it was and decided to stop complaining and just let the subscription run out. I will not be renewing and I would never recommend them to a small business.

Company refuses to accommodate ADA hearing disabilities. Do not communicate from one team member to another. Do not clearly communicate with client. They canceled my contract two days before a Google 360° video shoot costing my business serious financial losses due to having to close the business to accommodate this shoot. They claim the cancellation was due to my refusing calls. Except I have proof no call was refused. In the course of two weeks one single call was missed. This call was during a time I was unable to answer and it was communicated with company. The actual reason they decided to cancel my contract was because of my frustration with their lack of organization and communication with their other team members and the muddy information being passed me. Nothing I was told was correct or could be depended on. Nothing I asked to be done was done. The only thing I hired this company for was SEO. Yet they failed to document this, instead they treated me like I was too dumb to understand how to set up listings for my business (these listings already existed), then when I tried to get what I paid for to be done. It was met with silence and finally my contract being canceled. The proof of their lies, failure to adhere to ADA hearing accommodations and causing my business financial losses has been sent to my attorney. It's not ok for anyone to do what they have done to my business. They claim they will proceed with the 360° video as scheduled but I highly doubt this will happen considering their track record to date has been abysmal. I would steer clear of this company. There's independent marking firms that are actually good. This is not one of them. And further proof they know they are not a good company is they have disabled reviews on their company FaceBook.

Even now, more than 40 years later, I love the hometown feeling I get when I go into ANY location of Resource Bank, and I love getting personalized treatment. She shrugged her shoulders, and said that the "tax expert" had a 7:00 appointment so I should just drop my papers off since it was already 6:40. What?! Why should my appointment be bumped/removed because your accountants can't tell time? She then proceeded to tell me my taxes were going to be easy since I'm a student (I am NOT a student; I can only assume she didn't value my appointment because she thought this though) I would not recommend going here unless you like wasting time. If their tax preparation is anything like their customer service, beware.
