The amount of love that this woman has for her clients is indescribable. She listens and she understands and she has a way of making everyone comfortable. She's well rounded with her knowledge in just making situations better and feeling good about the "moving forward" process. Being held accountable is important and she will make sure that anyone involved acknowledges that being accountable is very important in order to move forward in life. Claudia has compassion that I can't explain. She sees things for what they are and her positivity is what gets me through the next day. Not her first rodeo. She is my therapist, and the from the first time we met, I was so impressed by her knowledge of everything and the way it relates to the court system as well. Anyone who has been through the family court system knows how absurd & unjust it can be. It's expensive & soul-crushing. In our situation though, the best thing to have come out of it was court-ordered therapy with Claudia. Dealing with post-separation abuse, there was no guarantee that my relationship with my child could be healed. I understood going in that the damage done to my child might be irreparable (& that it was no fault of the therapist if we didn't make progress- there are too many variables outside the control of the parent & therapist ). However I honestly can't believe how far we've come. Claudia is skilled in family dynamics, understands child & adolescent development, & truly cares. She has the child's best interest at heart & isn't interested in any parent who tries to use the child against the other parent. She interviewed both parents separately, the child separately, the child with both parents, and I've continued therapy with my child. It's been a very long process, but the abuse & manipulation took a long time to get implanted which took a long time to undo. There's no "milking clients"; it's just a long, hard process with no guarantee of success. Both my child & I learned more effective communication strategies, conflict-resolution skills that worked for our particular dynamics, she respected our values & culture. All the while, never once bad-mouthing the other parent & insisting the child maintain a strong relationship with both parents. Claudia is a blessing to me & my child. I can't imagine the course our lives would have taken without her intervention. I'm so incredibly grateful for her. Every interaction with the front office (over 2 years) has been positive & welcoming. This specialized therapy is expensive. There's just no getting around that. Aside from the actual therapy session itself, time is spent on administrative tasks, paying rent & salaries for staff, training needed to maintain licensing, & other business expenses. In our experience 1 child has been seen with her for 3 yrs. and has unfortunately digressed. This seems it's more about long term finacial security with a patient instead of providing the necessary tools to help her grow , learn to function with every day relationships in a positive way to help navigat through tough situations as a teen. Instead it's recommended she be put on medication after 3 yrs. Of continued monthly and sometimes weekly therapy. She has also said she can accommodate a day for parent/ child therapy; the front office personnel then turns around and contradicts this. The front desk personnel has stated "she's not available on that day or time at all." This gives the impression that Claudia and her staff are not communicating and are very unorganized. She will tell 1 parent/child she will contact CPS based soley on a fabrication of an incident from mother who constantly makes false claims regarding father, without Claudia speaking to the father to get a true insight on the situation before making this statement to the child who then turned around and had to ask her mother " What is CPS?" The office has changed appointments , expects the client to show up and wait because she has double booked the appointment. You can't cancle, she will still charge for the appointment, although it's her staff who is at fault for the lack of proper scheduling and communication. I would give her zero stars if I could. She's a liar and makes assumptions and assumptions and opinions are not facts. Poorly written report where I got physical custody and then she gave my ex husband more time. Because of that I had a trial and it took almost 2 years for that to happen. She is unethical. My fiancée went through hell and back with her previous husband and the previous court appointed "doctors" 3511 that trashed my fiancé in court falsely. This doctor was easily manipulated by her toxic ex and family. Claudia came into the picture and saw through all the lies and efforts to alienate the kids against my fiancée. My fiancé is experiencing justice and breakthrough now with her kids by the grace of God and Claudia's commitment to the truth and the interests of the kids in a parental alienation scenario. Run. My children and I have been seeing Claudia and her associate Jennifer for the past three years. Both are busy but that's because they're great at what they do. Claudia and Jennifer are attentive, compassionate, but straightforward. Life's traumatic events and daily survival are handled appropriately by Claudia and Jennifer. My children and I have made great strides because of their consistent guidance. I highly recommend both of them for counseling for adults and children. read more

I love Claudia, she is a great listener and extremely encouraging. Her counsel is not only enlightening and productively helpful, it incites appropriate challenge to overcoming different emotional hurdles in life. Her receptionist is super sweet, and super helpful. They both remember patients exceptionally well, and treat my young children with kindness and interest. The facility itself is welcoming and relaxing. I am very disappointed with Claudia Moon-Perez. I took my daughter to see her for several months. Claudia seemed more interested in generating long term cash flow for her business than helping my child. She is very opinionated in her sessions and had a tendency to lecture my child and told her what to think rather than to ask her about her own thoughts and feelings. Claudia is an amazing therapist. I learned a lot of life skills from her. I live a more positive, calm, non-toxic life because of her help. She is a very kind and real person. No matter how busy she is, she always finds time for me and my issues. I have seen Claudia several different times in my life.
