UPDATE: Over 20…read moreyears in fitness, I've never stayed with a personal trainer longer than one year. 5yrs later, I am still here. I know I can't get his workouts anywhere else. No one has been able to whip me into shape like LP has and I've kept the weight off. There is no one else! There's a method to his madness and his workouts are methodically calculated for dialed in results. He shows up every day for us. No one has pushed me as hard as he has. And this is all for the greater good. If I go MIA, he checks in with me. He truly holds me accountable as any coach should. He's in a tier all on his own though. A tier of shear excellence. His results are amazing and are life changing. Everyone in his studio is an athlete. Thank you so much coach.

Sure, I had a gym membership, actually many memberships and personal trainers but the inevitable would happen and I would make excuses for not going. No more!!! I've been going 5-6 days a week for eight months and have NEVER had the same workout twice! No joke. Everyone is welcoming, supportive and all around nice. I look forward to going everyday. It's not a regular gym where you show up whenever you want. You sign up online and show up ready for a great workout. It's challenging but 100% doable if your committed. After a few months I convinced my wife to try it out. She didn't think she would be up to it. Now, she too goes almost everyday. The only thing we wish to be different is that we would have stopped in years ago! I'm not in my 20's anymore but physically feel that great everyday! LP- you are truly the best, thank you!!

He has been so patient with my whining, so flexible with scheduling, and just so fun to work with that the hour sessions go by so fast. He is 100% worth every single penny (and so many more pennies, actually). Walter cares very deeply about his clients. He is very responsive to any questions and is always reachable. He is the kind of trainer who wouldn't shout at you or push you to the extremes, but you would do the work because you want him to be proud. He is motivating in kind ways, and is there to adjust and support you with your own individual physical journey. I am so sad he's leaving SoCal, but if you are in NorCal, you are in luck. Definitely book him ASAP; trainers like him are very hard to find!

So I am greeted by the head desk attendant, an attractive man that explained to me the basics of what I needed to do which was change into my socks and out of my vibram toe shoes that are good for your back. But kind of spoiled now that I've experienced them. Lol Then Amber came and got me and took me back to the table and I sat down and talked to her for a bit! All relevant questions and easy to answer I'm always working towards fitness!! And then I lied face up and Amber stretched me out which was good to great. She says I will feel better for several days to over a week!! And then she explained what she was going to stretch on me and how she was going to do it and then she would push my legs and got my upper body on a few arms crossed in front of me and then!! What happened?!!? I tell you what happened to me Lol, but she reached over top of me and pulled me back and that was a good feel good stretch!! And then she said do boxing hands which I know and had my arms in front of my face and then she grabbed my arms and legs and sat me up and it was GREAT !! I mean to tell you that I loved it being manhandled by anyone is exciting af! So now you got me Lol!! But then she said take a breathe and walk around the facility which was cool and newish styled! Then we sat down and discussed the experience and she explained a discount to get because it was there anniversary so wow that means they've been there a year!! Great work they're doing here! And right now I went in on a free half an hour but it goes longer so give yourself an hour and wear comfy clothes and socks!!

Thank you for responding. I want to clarify a key factual point in your reply…read more The employee involved in my session was Sean Locher, not "Jake." I apologize for the name error in my original review; however, the experience and resulting injury remain unchanged. I have medical documentation from my doctor and am currently undergoing physical therapy as a result of that session. Regarding the administrative issue, while you state the messages were automated, the fact remains that I received multiple appointment confirmations for sessions I did not book, addressed to a different name. Regardless of how the error occurred, this reflects a lack of proper oversight and added to an already distressing experience. As for the unused sessions, my request has always been limited and reasonable: a $129 refund for two services I did not use, not for the session in question. Offering to "gift" sessions does not resolve the issue, particularly when safety is a concern and I am not comfortable transferring services that could potentially cause harm to others. My intent in leaving this review is not to argue policy, but to accurately share my experience so others can make informed decisions. The ongoing physical impact and time spent in medical care are real and documented, and I stand by the substance of my review.

She pays attention to what my body needs on any given day and knows when to challenge me and when to adjust things. I never feel like I'm being pushed just for the sake of pushing harder. I've noticed myself getting stronger and feeling more confident in what my body can do, and I really value having someone who makes exercise feel supportive rather than punishing. I highly recommend her!

She coaches alternatives for those that need to adjust for injuries and for those who want/need more challenge. Workouts are a great mixture of predictability and variation. Schedules are set to make it easy to find a good time, for both west and east coast members. If I miss a morning, I can catch the same workout later. When Staci has conflicts (not often) she has excellent substitute instructors.
