She had me feeling confident and comfortable during the entire process (she uses numbing agents and is very in tune with how her clients are doing throughout the process, taking breaks when needed), and provided me with excellent aftercare and information on "what to expect." She started out with a make-up version of what my brows would look like, walked me through the process, her recommendations for pigment, deftly and gently executed the microblading process with great communication and care the entire time, then walked me through aftercare and any questions I had. I truly couldn't be happier with this service. Claudia did an amazing job. We went with the nano brows technique (different than microblading). It was my first time ever doing anything like this but she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the service. She also made sure I wasn't in any pain. Claudia did my brows and I super love them (I wanted to use a stronger word then super but it wouldn't be professional, but Claudia IS professional) I was hesitant about permanent/semi permanent brows, but Claudia answered all my questions, walked me through the whole process, from choosing a shape and color through healing and touch up). I'm constantly telling people about Claudia and her amazing work and realized I haven't posted a review! I had prior microblading done that was always fading within 6 months. I went to Claudia for a touch up consultation. After examining my brows, she informed me that the pigment had been deposited too far under the skin, so it appeared faded and any touch ups after that point had been and would be useless, as your skin can only hold so much pigment. We did two rounds of lightening process to remove as much pigment as possible, then did my new brows, followed by a touch up at 6 weeks. I'm on week 4 of my touch up healing and I LOVE my brows. I'm so glad I found Claudia!! She's been a real partner through this process! I wouldn't trust anyone else. Also, the nano technique is SOOO much less painful than microblading! read more
