So I called and asked to make an appointment for GelX. Honestly not having seen the application before I did not know what it entailed. I made an appointment for GelX I was talked out of the gel X during my service. They didn't tell me they were doing acrylics . And they don't look great at all.. ... they look like acrylic tips and that's not what I wanted at all when I told the girl in the front, while paying. they apologize and said next time I come in I can have my tips fully removed and then gel X put on. Loved that this place accepts walk ins and but my nail tech rushed since she took me knowing she had an appointment in 30 mins. She was sloppy with the design and the shaping of the nails, I went back and talked to the manager and she got someone to fix them but i only asked for them to be filed down cause i didn't have time to get all the problems. Okay. Me, my mom and her friend went for my manicure and their pedicures. The lady that did mine was fine but she looked like she had an attitude. When my mom was told to sit under the dryer for her toes it messed up and the people took forever to come back and when they did another lady did it and they wouldn't give her the flip flop things and put them back in the cart. This means that they reuse the flip flops which in my eyes is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend tbh but the nails are nice. read more

Great place if you get the right nail tech. My mother and I went in on my birthday, started off good with pedicures, then we got to the nails, we wanted basic full sets with gel. My tech used a fat brush, work was a bit sloppy, but overall, not bad. However, my mothers tech did not do what she wanted, giving her full clear french tip nails, instead of a slightly pink base, you could see her real nail through the acrylic and gel paint. She was not happy with the colour and respectfully asked to have what she showed in the picture of her previous nails done at the SAME location. He proceeded to basically throw a tantrum and even yelled at one of his own coworkers. Her nails are slightly crooked, and we might need to find a different place that won't throw tantrums when you ask nicely to have something cleaned up or fixed. Another tech noticed that my mother was unhappy and had them change and fix her nails, but it was the same guy, sadly, who had to fix it and was unhappy about having to fix his own work. Sad. I made appointments for my 2 daughters and I to get pedicures and SNS fills. We all had appointments at 1pm. My 2 daughters were taken to get their SNS fills about 10 after 1. I waited over 30 minutes and was taken for my pedicure first. I was disappointed because we had wanted to spend this experience together...which was why I booked an appointment 2 weeks earlier. Long story short, my daughter did not get what she asked for as the technician took off all of her SNS and I had to pay for a new, full set when she expressly asked for a SNS FILL. We were not together during our appointment, were over charged, did not get what we asked for, and spent over 2 hours there. Will think again before returning. read more

Lady that did my nails didn't know what she was doing. Took an hour and a half to do gel polish without manicure and they look terrible. Made my cuticles bleed multiple times and ruined my nail beds with her dremel. My nails look lumpy and uneven. She put oil on before wiping my nails with Alcohol so the polish was ruined. I had a mani-pedi on Saturday and wasn't happy with the service I received. Tools were stored in plastic tubs and were NOT sterilized. The person who did my manicure filed my nails unevenly and several nails were crooked. I had to remove some length once I got home to even them out. A different person did my pedicure and clipped the side of my big toe nail. Today it is sore & it will take several months to grow back out. Went in with my sister and I waited for a hour to be seated and when I was I waited another 20 mins lady came to my spot then left another guy then came and then put the fake nail on my real one and got glue ALL over my fingers and didn't even do my other hand he then left and I sat there for a bit I then was seated somewhere else and then a lady trimmed my nails and then left I then waited for about 10 mins to be seat then again at another spot they lady then looked my nails and started judging me saying they are too long and it's not pretty like that when I disagree made me feel bad about what I wanted she then did my other nails and got glue all over me as well rushed throw the whole process and cut 3 of my nails and made me bleed when using the tools. I love this nail salon! I always get the VIP pedi that is supposed to last 35 minutes but always lasts more than an hour! I love that I can get a nice chair massage while the sweet tech works on my toes, feet and legs! I have never left disappointed. They even have wine so that you can enjoy a glass while getting your pedi if you choose. It's an added bonus that they play country music in the background! Love love love Classy Nails! read more

Police complaint filed on Classy Nails (Address 947 Mall Ring Rd, Sebring, FL 33870) 3 weeks ago-Poison-Toxic place--Broken unfinished nails, walked out with nails half done because of the toxic nail technician "Sue". Reported to the Sebring Police about an abusive and bullying incident that resulted with a nail technician by the name of "Sue" who followed me to the door as I attempted to exit the salon because I did not want her shoving my nails into the bowl and picking what color she wanted to put on my nails. When I told her that I wanted to select my nail color she became angry and irate and started cursing me in her language. I tried to look over it but she was mad because I said something about her behavior. It affected the whole environment (other Asian women within the salon) Classy Nails is a very unprofessional and poorly managed salon (managed by high school girls). I chose to still pay for the soak off and Sue was angry because I did and said that I don't want your money. It was extremely toxic. The manager kept texting me back and forth--but never addressed the issue. I learned a very valuable lesson, Classy Nails is a chop shop and they do not even like the clients that they serve within this community. They talk about clients in their language as you can tell with their body language and sly laughter. I suggest that if you are looking for a place to get your nails done the best place to go is to a more sterilized and professional environment like Villa Bella Salon and Spa in Sebring (The prices are better and a bit less. Villa Bella Salon and Spa in Sebring maintains very high sterile and OSHA standards. The nail technicians are highly skilled and very professional women. There isn't a lot of clients in the Spa at one time (it is extremely quiet, relaxing and they offer you wine, water or as you become a regular they are very accommodating and I heard that the salon was owned by a medical doctor. Classy Nails is a dump! I am glad I left before things got worst. Do not, Do Not Go Here! I had heard bad things about this place, but did not want to believe it-I should have listened. I just returned from having my nails done here. My regular salon, NeoVibe (which I highly recommend), is closed for two weeks due to vacation. I had to have my nails done and went here. Went in, the lady who took care of getting me lined up for my pedicure and SNS fill, did not communicate with the technician. He started to do gel, versus SNS. When I stopped him and said I wanted SNS, he said I should have told him. The tech next to him (who had absolutely nothing to do with this situation) accused me of not even telling the first person and started arguing with me. I told her I didn't appreciate being told I wasn't telling the truth. The man doing my nails did a good job except for the end of the tips are still showing white on two of my nails. Paying $80 to be treated like this is ridiculous. I refuse to pay $80 for terrible customer service. I personally won't ever set foot in this establishment again. read more

One year I was running behind and couldn't get my manicure & they let me take the polish home so fingers would match toes. I've never had to wait, they are friendly and do a great job. Came from out of town... Looked at the reviews of a bunch of salons, this one was the least offensive. Giving 2 stars because my pedicure wasn't bad... but my acrylic nails are terrible. Didn't give me the option to look at gel... just quickly ushered me to "pick a color". Had the guy add gems to two of my nails... he smudged both and didn't fix it. Gets me over to nail drying station but since he painted on so many layers I sat for 30 minutes with still tacky nails until not once, twice, but three times different employees came over to test how dry my nails were and one smudged yet another nail and used her finger to try and gloss it over. They then proceeded to speak about me in their language, not knowing that I can fully understand every word. I got up and left after shooting a few knowing looks... went to the grocery store and smudged two more nails (an hour later... still wet!) and the final straw was when I reached in my purse for my wallet and came out with a broken nail. Went back, they fixed it. Left Sebring the next day... and not even 48 hours later two more nails have broken off! Not a good experience. $60 for smudged nails, insults, and now broken nails. read more

Before I went to the salon I called and asked if they specialist in waxing (Brazilian) the lady said yes so I came in. WORST experience ever. I left without even getting some done because I couldn't handle the pain. I called the lady back a couple days and explained to her and asked if she can remb some kind of money or maybe provide me a pedi or mani and she decline. Yes, they accept walk ins but of course it would help if you made an appointment. They tend to get you right in if you do. Shelby, is my favorite. She takes her time and the ending results are great. She tends to have trendy nail colors and designs (Done by Jack, whom is an excellent nail designer) so take a peek at her nails if you're ever in need of any ideas.
