Once everyone in my family was fully vaccinated, we began to plan the long awaited reunion. Since I wasn't entirely sure of her schedule, I wasn't able to book until the day before we needed the driver so I was very happy that Culdesac was able to accommodate. From my initial phone inquiry until our drop off, every interaction with the business was professional. During my first phone call, I was able to book a driver for 5 hours to take us to a winery in Virginia. The winery is located over an hour away, so it was nice to be able to relax and not worry about driving. Everything was pretty seamless. Our driver (Rachid) was so professional and even arrived a few minutes early. He was a safe driver, kind and accommodating despite the non-stop storytelling and giggling between me, my sister and a childhood friend throughout the entire ride. Their pricing was upfront and pretty in line with quotes that I received from other businesses as well (and pricing was pretty transparent which I appreciate!) Culdesac not only contacted me the same day, but they were the only ones who provided me with any form of communication, and I've yet to hear back from the other 2 companies. That alone catapulted Culdesac to 5 star status in my book! I had 11 people in my group and was suggested a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprint Van, picking up from IAD to downtown Washington for $275, which included tax and gratuity. I believe I spoke to Sammy, who was very helpful and friendly. Fast forward to February... The day before our trip, Sammy called me to reconfirm, and sent me our driver's name and number. A hiccup happened to our trip, and I sent Derek a text to come to the airport earlier than we agreed upon. Culdesac called to verify we needed an earlier pickup, Derek kept me in the loop of his transit time, and he came to the spot we told him we were at. Super professional! We decided to use Culdesac to take us back to the airport. Again the day before, I got a call and email reconfirming my pickup at 1:30 pm. We were told that Derek was going to take us back, but unfortunately a hiccup occured where his appointment was going to run over, so Derek texted me that someone else will pick us up, and not to worry. A few minutes after the text, Culdesac called me to say Derek was being replaced by Sam, and they texted me his number. Sam arrived at 1:15 in a 20 passenger van, just as nice as the Mercedes Sprinter, and even newer! It was also handicapped accessible, which was a good thing to remember if someone was disabled. He was just as courteous and got us to the airport safely and quickly. I honestly believe this company deserves 5 stars. They were professional, easy to get a hold of via email and phone, and communicated with me from start to finish. They charged my card after the service was completed, and the tip and tax was included in the fee. I would gladly use them again if I am back in the DC area.

It was my boyfriend's birthday so I decided to surprise him with a limousine to take us to our destination. The driver called me to let me know he was outside so it was the perfect surprise because I knew exactly when to tell my boyfriend to go downstairs with me (he was under the impression that I was driving lol). He thought the limo was someone else's until I let him know that it was for him! The driver held the door open for us and was very polite and respectful to us throughout the entire time that we were with him. The inside of the limo was beautiful and the lights were amazing! I'm a huge fan of lights at night. We were dropped off at the front door and before we exited the limo, the driver opened the door for us and even assisted me with getting out of the limo (I was having a little trouble since my heels were pretty long lol). The driver even gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time we should start walking back to the limo because I told them that I did not want to go over time. We had a smooth ride going back home and the driver dropped us off in front of the hotel safe and sound and opened the door for us once again. He was extremely professional and not once looked like he was tired of doing his job. I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.
