First, the things I liked: * The staff was friendly. * The facility, what I could see, was clean and pleasant. What I didn't like: * The fact that my dog was not played with regularly and was CHARGED to be played with. I was not told of this charge in advance. * I was charged $43 for a bath at the end of the stay. I agreed in advance for the bath, but not for that price! (I was only asked if I wanted her bathed, not the price.) This charge was twice what I pay for at my regular kennel. * There was no communication regarding my dog during her stay. My bill was $269 for three nights. My dog is a small terrier, not a large dog. I was told this was a great place. I knew it was way out of the way. But, I had no idea of the things I disliked above. Places like these need to realize that customers expect their furry children to be well taken of. We trust them with our babies. We do not expect exorbitant prices for services that are expected. I doubt I will return.

Upon calling and speaking with Ram, I learned it was he and his wife Jenny are the owners of this mobil grooming service. We chatted a bit- I felt very comfortable and booked an appointment for my SAMMi , she is a Pomsky- a beautiful handful - lol He sent a team Jazzy and Charles. They were prompt and courteous taking much interest in what I needed done. They were very friendly with SAMMi, which made her at ease and went into the van, parked just outside my home. While they were here I chatted a bit with Jazzy, as Charles was handling things. I introduced her to my new puppy, a Samoyed, no more than 10 pounds (she bounces all over the place) asked if they could shampoo and cut her nails. They were very accommodating. Both pups looking fluffier and whiter than before. Smelling great too. They each had a very colorful bandana and looking awesome! Jazzy and Charles make a great team. I am so very happy with the convenience and services provided. Nice to know I have this bi-monthly responsibility handled. They came out in about a week, did nail trim, ear clean, deshedded and a bath for half the price I was paying. Took about an hour for a Labrador. Only complaint is that whatever they sprayed on him was overpowering perfume, took a day to dissipate. I'll use them again.

I texted her to let her know that she did a bad job and she was extremely unprofessional and blocked me. I put a stop on the check and she sued me haha. I would stay extremely far away from this company - there are so many reputable companies out there don't trust your dog with this crazy woman. I also have a recording of our phone call after she blocked me requesting the money when she realized I stopped the check, and she is absolutely unhinged, rude, and aggressive. I could not stress enough to stay away. She also has friends and family write her reviews after she gets negative ones. Completely unethical.
