The man that did my pedicure did a horrible job filing my toe that made It look slanted and I told him to fix It and It was still crooked. Also the design he did was so low effort (supposed to be simple flower) but all he did was 6 dots on my toe and called It a day. If I wasn't in the service industry I wouldn't have tipped him so he was lucky I was generous.

First off the lady burned me on numerous occasions and I left with burnt popcorn smelling hair which I know means I have heat damage. Here's the kicker they charged me $62!! I asked why it was so much if all they did was flat ironed it. No washing no conditioning. The other lady (the boss is my guess) in a mix of Spanish and English said it's all the same price , even if I didn't get it washed. She took $5 off but that still wasn't enough for what was done to my hair. My scalp is still burning as I type this. And this burnt smell is terrible. The only reason I'm not totally upset is because I blame myself for not asking how much it would be ahead of time. Just a word of warning to ask the prices of everything BEFORE you get anything done here.

It's an apparent challenge to maintain cleanliness but they seem to handle things fairly well, they're very friendly also. They do get you seated and have someone working on you within a space of 20-30 minutes depending upon the amount of people there, to be fair, I ended up here on Christmas Eve, of course it was going to be slow going. There's a young lady thered who have excellent skills with eyebrow waxing/shaping, I will return again and again when I'm in the area, the tech I had for my mani/pedi was good as well (a guy) he did clip my nail beds a lil too close at one point, not sure if he was in a hurry, tired, hangry or what, not a big deal, I survived & left with all of my fingers, can't wait to return to this shop, they have excellent massage chairs, since it was so busy I managed to get a few rounds in it, great to relieve the holiday stress I was experiencing trying to finish up some last minute shopping.

I picked the 2nd one I think it was like $57 or so. As she worked on me another lady came up and she was going to start on my nails. I showed her what I was wanting and she said we would have a do some cat eye, I said sounds good! So as both lady's are working I am looking around and noticing that they seem busy. ALOT of employees all talking to each other, and across the salon to each other, and I start noticing how loud it was, also I started noticing that a lot of them are walking around eating and trying each others drinks and food. It was all a bit over stimulating. The lady working on my hands in the mean time is hardly paying any attention to what she was doing with me, she stopped so many times to carry on a conversation with another coworker behind me. I would look down to my hands every so often and she was leaving them so long and making them so thick and chunky. I thought surly she will correct these. So the lady working on my feet is just about done. (She was great) and the lady working on my hands tells me to wash my hands and meet me at her desk. So I do. She gets to work with her drill and tools and she is thinning them out a little and trimming them down a smidge. Meanwhile having full blown conversations with her coworkers. Never once asked me about length or shape. Not once. She does a half ass paint. Job on them, writes me up a ticket (that I can't understand) and said pay at the counter. It's whatever, I just want to go home at this point. I get to the counter. Why was my bill $140???? For some shitty nails. They were nothin fancy. No airbrush, no 3D, no gems or nail art. Just a shitty cat eye French. They were way too long, they were super thick, and lumpy in some spots. Also!!!!!!! They advertise 10% off for 1st time guest. They knew I was from out of town, because they asked me where I was from. They did not give me any discount. Listen I know I should have said something. I was having an awful day, that's why i was treating myself in the first place. I just wanted to go. I went home and filed my nails down to a Much better length, and am just going to have to deal with them for a bit. This area has plenty of Other places to get your nails done. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. This place was WAY over priced. I think they screw there customers, vibe was not good, why was everyone eating and sharing food. And don't care much about what they are doing with a client right in-front of them.

When I approached the door she was inside napping, I tapped on the door and she came to question me about what I want done, I guess she decided her nap was sufficient and she could handle my request reluctantly allowing me in. She was really cold in her attitude initially but as time went on she warmed up a bit to carry on some small talk, didn't last long as she spent the remainder of the time on the phone handling personal business. The towels and equipment in here is littered with all sorts of dirt and debris, for a fleeting moment I thought I would get up and dash out the door, avoiding a potential staph infection. I needed to go into the restroom at one point which was just as filthy as the shop, eeek, she burned my nail bed with some drying apparatus that wasn't meant for the type of polish she used, I jerked my hand back and she exclaimed "it's not hot"; excuse me, it's my hand, I know what it's feeling, I couldn't recommend her to my worst enemy at this time, in fact the board of health should probably pay these folks a visit, asap!
