Promised the job would be done in 2 weeks and it took almost a year, of me chasing him to finally come back. He never finished and said "my hearts not in it any more I'll just do one more thing and that's it" - never finished the job - rudeness I wasn't going to post because he said he didn't want to do this work anymore and was shutting down his business. I utilized this company some years ago to replace over 20 blind treatments in my home. Soon after the job was completed, as time went on, and particularly now that new windows have been installed, I feel I need to share my review. Firstly, the job was over priced. The products installed, in all fairness, have been of good quality. However, I was sold the wrong type of blind for a humid bathroom, an unnecessary one for a sunroom door and storage attic and those installed in my basement prevent me from opening my windows in that location. Most importantly, the installation was done way too rapidly and with no ruler!?! Understandably, this resulted in quite a poor installation. Good luck. As an addendum to this review, I just received a YELP communication that the business owner denies working for me!?! I have the canceled checks. Very sad.
