I was told it would be ready the beginning of May. I went in today May 16 to pick it up, assuming it was ready. It had not been touched, the staff didn't even know where it was or what it looked like. It was still in the shed where they put it back in April. What a complete waste of time. I do not recommend you waste your time by going to this business.

She didn't WANT our business and frankly she doesn't deserve it either. When we walked in she GLARED at us and looked at us like we were stupid. I was just asking a few questions to see if it could be resized because it was a little too tight. I was looking to make an appointment or something I dunno how these things work but she could've been nice at least. This was my first time buying a dress and needing clothes resized but I got met with the most unfriendly and unhelpful person in my life. Okay, well maybe not in my LIFE but definitely in the top ten. If you want people to go to your business you should I dunno, be nice to them or something??? Maybe some of this is on me, maybe I shouldn't have just walked in and asked, I wasn't expecting immediate service, I was just asking if it could be done and maybe make an appointment or something. The woman ahead of us rolled her eyes as she was leaving and told us she hoped we weren't in a hurry. When my friend asked for her altered jeans she was told they hadn't been done and the seamstress didn't know where they were. My friend said she wasn't leaving without them and sat down. While we waited another customer came in looking for curtains she had left September 1st . . . same story. Half an hour later the seamstress miraculously came across the jeans. I realize things can get backed up, but don't make promises you are unable to keep. Oh, did I mention I took jeans there fifteen years ago for an alteration and I'm still waiting? Zero stars, Lisa. Zero stars.
