The lady there was so rude, I think it was the owner, too. I would put ZERO STARS if that was an option. She essentially refused to help us and turned us away. She didn't WANT our business and frankly she doesn't deserve it either. When we walked in she GLARED at us and looked at us like we were stupid. I was just asking a few questions to see if it could be resized because it was a little too tight. I was looking to make an appointment or something I dunno how these things work but she could've been nice at least. This was my first time buying a dress and needing clothes resized but I got met with the most unfriendly and unhelpful person in my life. Okay, well maybe not in my LIFE but definitely in the top ten. If you want people to go to your business you should I dunno, be nice to them or something??? Maybe some of this is on me, maybe I shouldn't have just walked in and asked, I wasn't expecting immediate service, I was just asking if it could be done and maybe make an appointment or something. I was just asking for help or guidance or anything. You shouldn't just immediately glare at someone and look at them like they're an idiot just for walking into your business. I wouldn't have been mad if she was polite. But she WASN'T. never going to this place ever again, it's not worth the time. Yall suck. read more
