Would give zero stars if I could…read more Bent pin, ripped cable, adhesive not removed/replace. When I called her out on it, she said, quote "You're crazy lady. You have no idea what happened to that phone" VERY RUDE, VERY CONDESCENDING. And so far manager is ignoring phone calls. Had to another repair shop and ripped cable was 100% caused by prying the phone open with a sharp object. Impossible to be caused by the break. (Break was on the right, torn cable on the left) Don't let your phone out of your sight during the repair. Very quick to bad mouth the competition in the area. Left with phone having more damage than when I dropped it off. Photos to explain.

This is for Ben at BestBuy Charlottetown. Today I read on…read morehere where someone had an issue with a salesperson at Best Buy. Not sure of the reason or where this took place but I was at Best Buy in Charlottetown today and I would say I have had the best experience with a salesperson anywhere. His name is Ben and I couldn't have asked for better. He knew his business, was very conscious of the customer and so readily willing to help in anyway . If you go into Best Buy and see Ben be sure and say hi and that you read this on Facebook. One more thing he had the best accent I have heard in a long time.

This is a smaller Best Buy but they have the essentials, DvDs , cell phones, Ipads, laptops, video…read moregames , some displays , keyboards, mice etc. Their display section looked a little like the Zombie Apocalypse already happened though. I guess Best Buys are not as popular in Canada as they are in the States.
