Your employees clearly do not want to do tire rotations. They give every ridiculous excuse possible…read morenot to do them. For example - "we need to check your tires." At that point, your tires will be showing even wear, and they will tell you that tire rotation unnecessary. Completely contrary to manufacturer recommendations. Or, if tires show uneven wear, they will tell you to get car aligned. Their mechanical knowledge is zero. Wouldn't trust them to put air in my tires.

As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services.
