I even offered to wait a little longer or have him sit next to me. That's when things got weird. The man stood up and said, "I don't do pedicures." So instead of just being honest from the start, they told me to come back later -- after we'd already driven an hour. At that point, yes, I had an attitude. I was annoyed, and I expressed it. But I wasn't yelling or being aggressive -- I was just direct. Then the woman told me she was "scared"... which I still don't understand. Scared of what? A frustrated customer who wanted basic communication? They asked us to leave. It was unprofessional, confusing, and a complete waste of time. I'll stick to salons that can handle business, communicate clearly, and understand what customer service actually means. This place isn't it.
