The front of the store has men's and women's apparel with all the usual brands represented - MSR, Patagonia, TNF, etc. The hallway leading to the back has a nice selection of shoes, most from a few brands. The back of the store has a ton of climbing gear and the backpacks/tents. There's also a nice selection of books and assorted items for whatever scratches your fancy. On the way out, I was pleased to note some items up front benefiting a local non-profit outdoor group (thumbs up!). The staff was also very friendly. I have always carried a Glock from when I was in law enforcement but decided to try these 2, a S&W (which never failed me in anyway) and a sub Sig (which was just chunky and heavy. Again never failed me and I have bought Sigs since then.). I looked them up on gunbroker and got a general resale value for two guns that are out of production. Upon entering there were three people working the counter who all were very knowledgeable to the customers shopping. One customer who was older I think was looking to buy his first handgun. The other two knew exactly what they wanted. The older gentleman was shown a bunch of firearms and left without a purchase. It was nice seeing such customer service where there was no pressure. Finally I was next and advised them I was in to sell and thin my collection a little. I'm not sure if he was the GM or owner but he looked at them and asked what I wanted for them. When selling a firearm you can always tell how reputable a place is when you say "let me know what your thinking". He looked them up and offered me exactly what I thought I'd get for them. Could I have haggled for a couple more bucks? Probably, but in this field it's about forming a relationship. I was treated fairly and I only wish their range was open on Mondays, I'd have loved to try it out.

The young man (wow, that makes me sound old, doesn't it!) who helped us was very friendly, checked stock on the floor & in the back, and when he couldn't find what we were looking for, directed us to purchase on the website & have it shipped to the store, so that we'd save the shipping cost.
