Actually am writing this review regarding the installation by Dominic. He was simply the best. He called to let me know he was running a little late and told me when he would arrive (think he was within 5 minutes of stated time). That in itself was so respectful and kind. I've worked with a large number of companies and their staff. Dominic one of the first to ever take the time to let me know. Usually they show up sometime within 3-4 hour time frame company promised. If they call it's usually "I'm here in front of your house!" What a gentleman! Was done in an hour. Perfect installation. Could not have been more thorough in explaining care and maintenance. Left the room spotless. Seriously, I never write reviews. But he was impressive. Even looked at some paint samples and gave me honest opinion, so much appreciated. If you are wondering where to buy Cambria or another quartzite product, Select Surfaces is the place! Vicki L.

Troy Hansen and his team were a pleasure to work with - professional, great communication, answered our many questions. We are so pleased with the results - we HIGHLY recommend Hansen's Custom Countertops!

No matter where you're coming from or what your project is, they will treat you seriously and with respect for you and for their own work. I can't afford to redo my whole counter at the moment, but I needed just a fairly small piece of stone--about 1.5 sq ft--for a countertop addition. Unlike a half dozen other companies I called they were responsive, accommodating, and very affordable. Even for my tiny project they discussed my needs in detail and suggested a necessary adjustment I would have overlooked. I am beyond grateful. Now I have a beautiful custom piece of stone putting the rest of my laminate counters to shame, and reminding me of who to call when I can afford to redo the rest... Their warehouse and workshop is open to the public, because why wouldn't you want to show off such excellent workmanship? They have all the options you could dream of, and all at unbeatable prices. We worked with Cristine to get our quotes and installation scheduled and she was very helpful. She was very patient while we were selecting the stone and the options. They give you calls as the process makes progress. The first appointment is where they come in and measure your kitchen Countertops using laser to get the accurate measurements. The technician came on time and was very professional. The next appointment is the actual installation. They gave me a call and gave a heads up that the since the stone was too large and if it didn't go in, they might have to take it back to their site, cut it and bring it back. I liked the fact that they gave me this heads up. We had 4 technicians come over to bring the stone inside and they were very thorough in their job. The final installation looks great! I strongly recommend them.

Showed them a sample of a countertop we liked (we brought it with us) and the guy - who never did even stand up from his desk - said "nope - don't have one like that" (it was white stone with a bit of gold veining - he didn't even suggest an alternative). Finally when we told him it was for a powder room project he told us that the minimum order was $800. At that point it was crystal clear that he wasn't interested in helping us - HUGE mistake walking in. Anyone with a smaller job should steer clear!
