He got back to me right away in a text message, I sent him some photos, and his "can-do" response was all I needed. Even during a heavy downpour late on Friday afternoon, he waited for me to arrive and promised to do the job for a very reasonable price. Then he surprised me by contacting me on a Sunday to tell me the job was already done. I saw his shop and all his capabilities. This is definitely a person you would want to do business with if you're looking for that elusive combination of service, quality and price.

I have an old generation Mercury Marine power steering hose with a steel connection (that should have been 316 SS from the factory) and for years it was rusting out in my bilge making a mess and creating an unsafe condition. No one else would work on it or could come up with a solution to replace the rusty steel connection with 316 SS fittings...except Industrial Hose & Hydraulics! It was no big deal to them, but for me it was a VERY big deal as it solved an ongoing, long term problem I had!! Not to mention, all the guys there are genuinely nice people!!
