They give you the feeling that they want to be there and that it's just not another job. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

Once we described what we thought we wanted the designer helped us make a cohesive design and then they did the same with the closet. When the work was complete we were very pleased and extremely happy. The closet can now hold my husband's and mine clothes without need a set of drawers. The bathroom is now a modern double sink instead of a 1970 single sink and dated room. We definitely we use them again because we trust them and they listen and perform wonderfully!!!!!

We recently totally renovated and updated our Kitchen and Bar with Allied Kitchen and Bath. From the very moment we walked into the showroom until the last detail was completed we had a fantastic experience. After visiting several other places, not one of them suggested the design and layout that our designer Rob Feinberg at Allied did. They completely transformed the flow of our entire house by adding a large central island as a gathering place, work space and storage area. They suggested wall ovens to save space as well as adding a bar to use for mixing drinks and serving adjacent to the island. It is so stylish and we have had so many compliments on the design, material and style we were guided to. They had many choices of cabinets at many different price points, styles and colors, and we were shown and directed to what would look best and provide the greatest value. The cabinets arrived quickly and they had their teams at our house immediately to prep and install all the components. The workers were timely, very organized, efficient and each were long term employees so we felt very comfortable through the entire process. They left the house spotless each day, and took great care in both the demolition of our old kitchen and bar, as well as assuring everything was perfect down to the last detail on the new one. I really had no idea of the extent of what would be needed and felt that using a company with 40 years of experience was especially important. We are so glad we did. We felt very confident every step of the way, and were thrilled with the constant communication from both Bob the Project Manager and Bill Feinberg, the owner and updates throughout the whole project from conception to completion. Allied Kitchen and Bath is an award winning company, and we are thrilled to share how they have earned that and have remained number one in our area for all these years.

You know how Florida can be. They take your money and disappear. One guy wouldn't put anything in writing. He didn't even have a business card. Another "company" gave me a low quote but didn't want to get building permits. He asked me to be vague about the project with my condo management. All red flags. A neighbor suggested Allied. They did great work for him and kept the mess to a minimum by protecting his carpet and hardwood floors. I met with Lewis, a designer at Allied and we discussed options for my bathroom. I had a strict budget and I found Lewis willing to work within it. He came up with great ideas. Allied does things the right way. Designer drawings are done. An architect creates blueprints that breeze through the city permitting process. In a few weeks the project began. Trevor did a wonderful job installing a Schluter Shower System, a product that guarantees no leaks for life! Mark and Angelo were fantastic at setting the fixtures and rough carpentry and keeping dust to a minimum. Adam was my project manager who was available by cell if I had ANY concerns. Chris and Liz were awesome at helping me select tiles and finishes. Everybody was helpful and professional!! I never enjoyed a construction project so much. I found Allied to be top notch. Professional. Helpful. They wanted to be a five star company for me.

I have now known Greg with Gsm for over 3 years now. my pool was finished in spring 2017. prior to my build i had sat in his office for 2 hours going over my wishes and then his team presented me the plans soon after. my pool is 60 feet by 15 feet with a 60 foot infinity edge. It was a huge undertaking and when completed looked magnificent and even featured in a pool magazine. What make things special are problems that were solved after the fact. in one year one pump was defective and broke and i simply called greg and in 2 days a guy came and replaced it. It was still under warranty, but he took care of the hassle with the paperwork and phone calls. next some pool pavers became miss aligned about 2 years later and his team came out and redid them for no charge. It is easy to take money and build something and walk away, but to make sure customers are happy even years later is special. thanks Greg and gsm

He continuously strung me along for so long that nothing was getting done. As a result I had to hire and pay someone else to complete the job he couldn't finish....bc he continuously refused to give me a end date. He told that he didn't have to give me a schedule at times then he would say he would. My persistence of this caused him to get Very nasty and rude with me. He told me and I quote "I do it when I do it". Is that the type of person you want working for you?? I have all the emails and text messages throughout this process to prove the inconsistent work of this company. Initially he told me it would take 75 days once he started on Oct 11th 2019, after I hired him on Feb. 9 2019. He Dug the hole and shot the cement on dec. 10th. He's been to my house to do plumbing 4 times in 3 months that's it ( and that's how long it took for me to pass plumbing). He told me he has a business and other customers and that I would have to wait in the middle of my project. Never started on my outdoor kitchen always had excuses. When he finally came out to put the columns up after he had them sitting in my front yard for a month killing my grass he still couldn't even complete that. He left my yard in a mess had no respect for my property. After stalling me and forcing me to call the state department on him he shows up pissed and asking for money saying he is ready for decking. At which point said he is leaving until he gets more money and left. I explained to him that I was not giving him any more money until he completed more work. You would have thought he would have gotten at least halfway building a roof on the gazebo. Then I get a text from him stating that if he didn't get a check now or in the am he would take his guys off the job. He said he was ready for decking which he clearly is not looking at the attached photos. He wanted 90% of the money for 30% of the work. On this same day he used profanity at my wife on the phone. She was only asking if we had ever been delinquent with payment which he acknowledges we hadn't and proceeded to say I was stupid which didn't have anything to do with our situation. Also another thing in the middle of the project he tells me I need to move my ac unit over bc pool equipment won't fit in the space another stalling tactic. After working on my pool and gazebo for months (which he never put up the gazebo up). No pool equipment nothing. He will try and tell you I'm in breach of a contract, but when a person has only done 30% of the job and then try and say he is ready for decking and it is not even close to being done that's a problem. Overall he is not a trust worthy person to work with and I would seriously recommend you looking at all reviews on his company. I only wanted to complete my project but he made it impossible given his lack of work ethic!

He lives up to is trade name CON-tractor. This is my experience with Wolfe Construction Group of Oakland Park. After years of day after day of no work done weeks turn into months and no one works on the house. In 10 months in 2022 I added the hours they worked and said one day equal 8 hrs. I came up with 19 days of work in 10 months! He has abandoned the job after taking most of the project budget. Our contract had included Gutting the inside removing walls all the ceilings all new framing new drywall, New Kitchen, new second bath, new tile through out, new electrical and sanitary sewer to the street connection. He told us after taking our money and leaving more than half the house untouched that we were flush! The first day on the job he destroyed our neighbors brand new PVC fence he said he would fix it but never did and it looks today the same as it did when he destroyed it in 2019. Please see attached pictures. Just found out that part of the build process requires a "Special Inspector" their job is to come a verify that the rebar in the concrete meets the FBC building code and then submits a report to the city. Robert Wolfe never contacted the "Special Inspector" and thus I have no report. Now its all covered with concrete. This means no certificate of occupancy! Is this the type of CON-tractor you want? Robert Wolfe lies so much he cant remember the lies he tells you. His nickname should be Robert Change Order Wolfe he will write the contract so vague then hit you with change order after change order to make up the difference. I had Robert Wolfe make a vanity he charged $7500 .00 he said he needed to be paid in full before start. Robert said it was like a buying a finished piece of furniture. Well what did we get a vanity that the drawers rub on each other suppose to be self closing and they don't open there are no drawer pulls. The top was suppose to have two down lights there are none. The inside medicine cabinet was suppose to be mirrored and have glass shelves there is none. The front was to have bypass mirrored doors there are none. So Robert were is the finished piece of furniture! He never finished it. On my contract I had a new garage door for 2500 dollars. After years of waiting he came back and told me the garage door was more more money and needed 2060 more. After giving him $2060.00 dollars more no garage door. Then he came back again and now said the door was 5300 dollars. So after taking 4060 dollars I never got a garage door from Wolfe. I found the same door installed for $3200.00 Lets talk windows first off he had enough money to buy our windows but did not. When asked when the windows were coming it was one lie after another. I have records of this. I was suppose to get PPG windows on the contract. They were insulated impact. He told us month after month year after year the windows were coming finally he sent us to JVR and we were told the PPG would take many months but we could get CGI windows. I asked if they were the same as the PPG windows we were suppose to get on the contract. They said they were. Well I got my windows but they are not insulated they are a cheaper model. This will be straightened out in court We were suppose to get a separate mini split ac unit but all I have is the wire for connection and the refrigerant lines no ac! His workmanship is subpar always cuts corners and is never there to supervise. He told us when we signed the contract that it would be 6 months after permit, that was Oct 2019 buy Oct 2022 and not one part of the addition is usable! He also forged documents and preformed work he is not hold a licence to do this type of work. I reported to the Notary office of the governor and during the investigation his notary resigns her notary commission. Guilty I wonder just did a FOIA request to get all the investigation that occurred. Adding some pictures for you entertainment enjoyment. In the pictures I'm pointing out that because he is never there you end up with this type of quality. I had to complain over and over in order to get him to fix the sloppy work in the images. The slab was never fixed. I actually had to get the building department evolved and had Five inspectors the architect and the engineer come because things were getting so out of hand. Save yourself the pain that I have experienced. Once I finish my house I will take my receipts and put him before the judge. See you in court Robert get your great attorneys ready. The walls are closing in on you! Just do yourself a favor when looking for a contractor the Most important thing to do is go to Broward county public records and do a search for the name of any contractor and also in the company name. Then go to the Broward Clerk of the courts and do the same there. You will be surprised at what you fine.
