After meeting Eberg I felt confident the two jobs we needed done would be done right…read more He responded quickly and provided a quote I thought was fair. I REALLY wanted to like the work. What I didn't know is that Eberg would not be on the job. His two employees did a great job on the shingles and we're happy with the results. The inside painting was not as great. The paintwork was done fine. The care taken not so much. I have paint on a carpet and an area rug, in two different rooms. I'm guessing it is from the drop cloths thru used that obviously had wet paint on them.

If you are a small time landlord, you know what a godsend it is to have someone you can reach out to for property issues. I am amazed at the roofing work they have done. Would recommend to my family. On a side note. I have a very old property and the roof issue seems to have been persistent for some time, even before my ownership. I saw them demo off 5-6 layers of roofing material from previous patch jobs and do it proper. 10 if I can give it.

I didn't think brick pointing could have salvaged the mortar joints that was deteriorating at a rapid rate. So I hired Manuel to apply stucco over the brick wall and also paint it afterwards. Him and his team did a great job. My new wall looks great (see photos attached). I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The turnaround time for the work was post haste and prices were reasonable. Manual is pleasant, communicates effectively and very reliable. Will hire him again for future projects.

I would highly advise against hiring this company for your project. It was the biggest mistake we…read moremade when trusting Chris with our paver installation project. The installation of the pavers was not done properly, confirmed by a third party inspector, so our $30K pavers are always wet and discolored. They NEVER dry. The pavers are not sloped properly, trapping moisture in our pavers - in any weather- winter or summer. The work was extremely sloppy, some edges were finished, some were left with bulging concrete. C&D is either incompetent, neglectful, dishonest or all 3. We have reached out to the owner Christ countless times for resolution to no avail. He won't take responsibility for the defective installation, despite it clearly deviating from the manufacturer specifications. 6 months later with no resolution and no reply to our last email on 12/23. Just don't do it, he's not a stand up guy and if you ever have issues - forget about it, you're stuck.

They even came early after they had a cancellation. Value seems pretty standard, which it was I could hope for. They honored the price that we agreed upon and just went ahead and fixed everything, sealing every gap they saw.
