Just found a new barber for my son. This shop is locateD almost next door to Los Arcos off of Dowling. The parking isn't the best situation, but it's ok. It's very neat and clean inside. There were onLy two barbers whEn I walked in, but it was about 11:30 in a Sunday. We barely waited two minutes. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. The shop is very clean and tidy with ample seating for those waiting to be next. It's a great open space with music playing and the vibe is so laid back. I showed the barber a picture of what I wanted. He glanced at it for all of 3 seconds and got to work. When I tell you that haircut looked EXACTLY like the picture, you'd never believe me. This is tHe first time I didn't feel like I was settling with whatever they did to my son. I didn't feel like I needed to fix anything. I didn't have to go home and cut it again. Oh man it was great. My son only goes to the barber when I don't feel like cutting his hair and a lot of times we both regret it. This time was the exact opposite. He was fast and accurate! I love this place. I'll never take my son anywhere else.

The guy uses a Flowbee the entire time, which is awesome. He also takes extra time at the end of the haircut to make sure you are totally cleaned up and ready to roll. 2) I've been here six or seven times in the last year and I've NEVER had to wait. This is one of those things which may not be a ringing endorsement for the joint, but it sure works for me. 3) The proprietor is super nice and gracious. 4) I generally don't care how nice my hair looks, or that my hair is consistently cut from one haircut to the next. I realize that is a deal-breaker for many, but it is what it is. When shopping for haircuts I look for efficiency, convenience, and not having little hairs leftover at the end. That's really about it for me, and this place takes care of those necessities perfectly.
