It was the luckiest thing to happen all year!! I found P & P Garage online and they worked with us tirelessly. As we had made our way to Florida and left the home behind in a parking lot we had to make multiple communications/ transactions by phone and mail. They were always polite and patient about keeping us informed, accepting our calls and giving us honest, reasonable quotes about timeline and payments to complete the ordering and installation of a replacement engine. We left our only form of transportation and our only home in a strange place but returned a month later to a job very, very well done and feeling as though we could not have done better than to trust Dennis and his boys. - Bill DeGrace

No one called to ask if I was ok with the nearly 150% markup, but no big deal; I paid the bill. I purchased new tail lights and was told by Tina I needed to make an appointment and wait two weeks. Again, no big deal, places get busy. I dropped the car off at 7:15am and was called by Tina at 2:30pm and told, "your car is ready". When I arrived, I see my car with half old tail lights and half new tail lights that look NOTHING alike. One set is chrome and one set is regular reflective lens from the factory. PROBLEM! The car looks like a circus freak. I was told the mechanic didn't have time to finish them and I would need to come back another day when he wasn't as busy. Why didn't anyone call to ask if I was ok with only half of the work being completed before starting the job? Ok, you can at least put the car back the way it was when I dropped it off, right? WRONG! They wanted to be paid $37.25 for messing my car up and leaving it that way. BEWARE before leaving your car here!
