Then he gives you a date and time, but can't do it when he promises. Then he drags you along for a couple of weeks, says he will work you in, then he ghosts you by not answering your calls. Meanwhile, your vehicle is getting worse waiting for the repair. There aren't many options in Key West, so I guess people just tolerate this. Definitely a new business model for me. I've run businesses for over 40 years. I can't imagine treating customers like this. He never worked on my car, so I cannot speak to the quality of his work. I won't be going back.
