I have a mixed review for this business. I will say that as far as the job that was done to my car, top notch. They knocked it out the park with their workmanship and I was thoroughly pleased when I picked up my car. I had a minor fender bender that caused a need to replace the fender and number and blend the paint. When I picked it up it looked brand new. However, here comes the bad part. When I dipped it off I left my phone number and shortly received a welcome text. Two weeks later and I hadn't heard from them either via call or by text. So I called them. I got a let me have the service guy call you back. They called and I asked for a status on the car, oh we are waiting on your insurance company to approve the work. Ok, so why haven't I been notified or updated. Oh you should've gotten a text. Nope, no text received. Oh I'm so sorry let me send you a text right now, the lady up front may have gotten your number wrong. I got the text and responded, yes this is the same number I got a text from 2 weeks ago. I m sorry sir I have no idea how that happened. Another week passes with no communication I text and don't get a response so I call, we are waiting on a part from the dealership. Ok, still why haven't I been updated. I'm u sure why you're not getting our texts. Hmmm. Another week passes, I say it's been 4 weeks and this is getting a bit ridiculous, oh sir certainly you were told when you dropped it off it's 2 to 4 weeks. No, no one said a thing other than they will keep you updated which they didn't. Long story short, A+ on the body work and F on the communication. It was an insurance claim so I only had my deductible but the total seemed to be a good value for the work done. read more

Took my Hellcat in for some work that needed to be done today, and at my surprise I received a call in less then an hour it was finished. I had a Splitter installed on my front bumper. the staff out front were very friendly and James really stepped up and took care of me. Steed's did a great job repairing my 2016 GMC pickup truck after a member of my family nearly pulled off the back bumper. It looks as good as new. I also suffered from fifth wheel syndrome and dropped it on my truck. They were able to completely remove the severe dents on both sides of bed rails without replacing the panels. Excellent service! My Mom was clipped by a truck and then a month later my wife was rear ended. I sent both vehicles to Steed's. James and his staff are upfront about cost and repairs.
