I truly cannot thank this team enough. I had a huge stain on my dress and, in a moment of panic,…read moretried to remove it myself... which somehow made it 1000 times worse. There were splotchy dark marks all over it and I was convinced I had completely ruined it. To make matters more stressful, this was the morning of a first date and it was the dress I had planned to wear. I brought it in hoping for a miracle and that's exactly what they delivered!! They took it in right away and somehow returned it looking absolutely perfect. You would never know anything had happened to it. Their kindness, professionalism, and skill saved my dress (and honestly my whole day). I'm so grateful and will never take my clothes anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough!

Cleaners / Alterations…read more As the name implies, they charge one price for dry cleaning and that price is substantially lower than the previous place I tried over on Port St Lucie blvd. In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.

I read the reviews of this establishment here on Yelp and noticed that a few of the negative…read morereviews are several years at this point (one was 7!). Personally, I think that to rely on a review as old as that is very unfair, especially if that bad review was based on one single experience. To have what may have just been a bad day for the employee haunt you forever is not right. We all have bad days! That being said, I've recently begun to use Classic Cleaners and I've been very pleased with their results. I found Lou and Deb both to very friendly, considerate and responsive to my requests. I like the fact that all of their work is done right there on the premises instead of sending my things off to another location. They were able to turn my work around more quickly and reasonably than others nearer to me; folks who take longer and may even charge slightly more. Yes, they're a bit farther away than other similar services, but I think that how they treat me and what they provide to me, their customer, is well worth the effort to go there.
