My sister is younger and had a stroke about 15 months ago. She still can't drive, so she depends on services like this to get her back and forth to her doctors appointments i can't take her to! The last time this happened, he lied to her for over an hour, telling her he'd be there to pick her up in about 15 minutes! I don't know if he realized she could see his location, and he was over an hour away from him! Eventually, he stopped answering the phone for her! This time, she has been done with her appointment since 1.50 pm, and it's currently 3.34 p.m., and no one has come to get her yet! She uses this service through medicaid rides... this man obviously doesn't care about anyone's time or mental health! My sister just called me crying her eyes out! She has logged a complaint with medicaid and never wants to deal with him again! He's rude, and liar and untimely! I'd say if you're looking for a ride, look elsewhere....this man is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

We had spoken months in advance about a tentative schedule. I reached out to the owner two and a half weeks prior to our scheduled date to advise the exact times we would need their services. I called and spoke with him and he said not to worry about it because someone from his office would call the week of our scheduled date to discuss the details. Right after the call, I sent him a detailed text advising the hours I would need their service and received no response. The week of our service I received a call from someone in his office. I told her the times we needed the service and she said that was fine. At 3:30 pm the day before we scheduled his service I received a call from the owner during which he told me I would have to pay for an entire eight hours even though I did not need the service for that long and I had been trying to communicate this two and a half weeks prior. The owner argued and argued with me and kept me on the phone for an unnecessary amount of time. I would recommend you choose someone else for your transportation needs. I definitely will.

I asked if they have a pillow or something in the ambulance. For her head?? The guy mumbled, I don't know...maybe. She was also cold, and I asked if there's a blanket, he mumbled, I don't think so. I got her robe and laid it over her. I followed them to the ER. They were swerving into oncoming traffic on a 2 lane road MANY TIMES before we got to the interstate. It was raining. At least two of those times there wasn't an oncoming car. No lights, never used one single turn signal the entire time...even had to cross three lanes quickly after getting off the exit to turn into the hospital. No turn signals to cross these 3 lanes, plus a blinking yellow arrow they were supposed to yield to but no signal. On the way, she told him she's gonna vomit. He said okay. And did nothing. She said she swallowed it so she could couldn't get it all over herself. She said it again and he finally gave her something to vomit into. She was in the hospital for 5 days with a serious UTI then moved to rehab where she still is. So far it has been 11 days... her extreme neck pain has been the most dominant issue due to the negligence of this transport team. This created a medical situation that was 100x worse than it needed to be because of her neck hanging off the stretcher. Train your people. This has been a nightmare for my mom and our whole family. I hope no one else has to go through what we've been through.
