Mr. Ingram was professional, punctual, personable, and had a wonderful sense of humor. His exquisite driving abilities allowed us to relax, enjoy the ride, and focus on celebrating our daughter. The attention to detail and personalization truly set City Shark apart. From the red carpet experience to Addison's personalized welcome screen, everything was designed to make her feel important, celebrated, and loved. The graphic design of her personalized welcome screen was impeccable. It was polished, sophisticated, beautifully personalized, and visually stunning. It immediately communicated that this experience had been created especially for her. The interior was equally impressive. The plush premium orange leather seating was luxurious and comfortable, and the beverage station was thoughtfully stocked with Addison's favorite beverages. The exceptional customer service did not stop when the ride ended. We received a beautifully designed thank you message that was just as visually appealing as it was heartfelt and heartwarming.
