CJ's medical transportation was one of the companies that our hospice provider had suggested. I was so worried about finding help quickly enough as well as one that was good and affordable. CJ's came to my rescue. They heard our situation and made it happen! Our driver, RAMON, was absolutely phenomenal! He arrived early and met my husband and I. He was so caring and compassionate as he secured Mom in the wheelchair van. He had such a wonderful personality and made the drive very safely. He also waited in the area as we did not know how long the oral surgeon would need to complete the procedure. I felt the fare was reasonable considering the roundtrip and the total time. I would definitely recommend CJ's Medical Transportation and would call them again if needed!

Stan answered and immediately put me at ease -- patiently walking me through the services, answering my questions, and assuring me I'd be well taken care of. When I returned, I spotted that same unmistakable professional presence in the arrivals hall -- James assisted with my luggage, and we were soon on our way to pick up my pet and head home. From the initial phone call through exceptional service in difficult weather, the entire experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Black Tie Transportation. My sister is younger and had a stroke about 15 months ago. She still can't drive, so she depends on services like this to get her back and forth to her doctors appointments i can't take her to! The last time this happened, he lied to her for over an hour, telling her he'd be there to pick her up in about 15 minutes! I don't know if he realized she could see his location, and he was over an hour away from him! Eventually, he stopped answering the phone for her! This time, she has been done with her appointment since 1.50 pm, and it's currently 3.34 p.m., and no one has come to get her yet! She uses this service through medicaid rides... this man obviously doesn't care about anyone's time or mental health! My sister just called me crying her eyes out! She has logged a complaint with medicaid and never wants to deal with him again! He's rude, and liar and untimely! I'd say if you're looking for a ride, look elsewhere....this man is absolutely RIDICULOUS!
