So as i was not a regular customer i was a customer for many years. However not after today you called me for 2 weeks promoting your special of a free haircut with a color treatment. So i decided to treat my granddaughter and booked an appointment. I made it very clear i was calling about the special and thats what i wanted after everything was complete i was charged full price and when i complained you told me that the special was a trim. Then perhaps that how you should present it also as a professional when she told you how she wanted her cut you should have said that that was not the special although a haircut means a haircut so i definately got scammed and it wasnt the first time that has happened here. So just saying folks be leary about any specials class act puts out there they dont honor them. read more

A nightmare from word go... dark dingy place, dirty, and lots of things / trashy boxes etc... hanging around. Woman that did hair was very strange. Wearing sunglasses, and said something to me that I did not quite understand. She did not talk otherwise, except to ask how I wanted my hair done. She doesn't listen to the customer, and she never smiled. Wondered what i had gotten myself into, and almost left, but did need haircut, so I stayed. I explained carefully, how I would like my hair done. I did not want much cut off bottom and did want hair cut out of my eyes and face, plus I wanted it to follow along with the style I had. Should've been simple. The woman did a chop job, cut close to 5 in off bottom and left top in my eyes. It was not good, and I am very particular about my hair. I knew then, when it was time to leave that I had made the wrong decision by staying, but that was my first time there, and I was trying to give this place a fair shake... This woman did not only do a chop job, she did it the way she wanted it done, and was nothing like I wanted. It was a very bad and negative experience, and I will never go there again. Plus, I found it to be way too pricey . Don't know if this place has changed any, but this happened 3 mos ago and from the looks of most of the reviews, I'll bet it hasn't ! I will try and go to someone who is pleasant, who listens and does what I want, and if I do not get a good vibe within the first 5 mins , before actual cutting that is, I will turn around and leave. read more

Unfortunately I have to give one star. No price guide on any services. Seems like they just throw whatever number seems decent to them. Went in for a Hair Color and was offered a "Light Trim" that meant just a couple of snips off my ends which took not even 2 min at the most and was added $50 more to my bill for the "added service". Beyond ridiculous, and even at that when I has checking out I informed them I had a 20 percent off coupon. Wouldn't you know it was already included when I never mentioned I had it lol. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made the mistake of visiting this place to get my eyelashes done for my wedding FIVE years ago. Not only did they start falling off the very next day (my wedding day) my real lashes went with them and they have NEVER been the same. I completely was horrified when I got home to see better in a better light and the stylist name Kelly totally screwed up my hair. I wanted a light relaxer and alittle trim on the ends and I only wanted a blunt cut. The stylist gave me a bob hair cut instead and I called the next day to complain and the young girl who works at the front desk told me that they won't refund my money back. They charged me over $200.00 to totally mess up my hair. My hair just became even shorter because of this stylist named Kelly. BEWARE don't waste your time. I Had to go to another salon to have them fix their mistake. This place is a complete joke and only wants to scam you out of your money. The front dest receptionist told me that a light relaxer would cost around 75 to 80 dollars and yet they charged me over 200.00 for them to screw it up. Thanks alot. read more

Class Act Salon This place is a joke and the new owner is terrible! My daughter went in for a balayage (her graduation gift) and came out looking like bleach was just placed on the bottom half of her hair. Something I could've done myself. We paid $145!!! I went with her the day after to get it fixed... The owner told the stylist to just tone it and curl it! Pffft! It needs to be re-done and CORRECTED! Then the owner finally agreed to let another stylist correct it but said it would be an additional $50! No ma'am! It's not my responsibility to pay another stylist to fix one of the others mistakes!! It's the business owner's!!! She (the owner) did offer to fix it herself at no charge at HER convenience. Again, no ma'am! We paid to have it done correctly and want it CORRECTED now so she doesnt have to walk around embarrassed. We paid the full quoted price originally so why would we be ok with paying more?! The manager has since reached out to me and was even more rude and insulting. This place is ridiculous. read more

I absolutely loved my stylist, Heather. She is new and only working part-time but she did a fantastic job on my hair. I had color correction, highlights, cut and style. My hair looks stunning. My only reason for not giving 5 stars has nothing to do with the quality of my service my it was that the salon was in need of a deep clean or updating. read more

BEWARE of this salon. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They do not know anything about customer service and I'll NEVER be back I took my daughter to get her hair cut & highlighted a week ago and left completely happy, so when they offered to do hair/makeup for prom at a reasonable price, I agreed to set appointment for Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:30. When we arrived, I told the stylist what we wanted and my daughter showed a picture. The picture reflected soft braiding on either side of the head with a "bump" at the top of the head with the hair gathered at the nape of her neck. I sat and read a book for the first hour and did not focus on what was happening in the chair. Her makeup was looking great, but the stylist was obviously struggling with the hair. She had two tight french braids on either side of the head with a harsh part down the middle of her hair with these long strands of hair hanging from her temple area - just hanging there. She had curled her hair and was attempting to pin the curls up in the back but then took it all down. At that point, I mentioned there was no "bump" and the braids were rather tight. We had been there an hour. So, she started to tease the hair for the bump, but never did anything with the braids. She explained they would be loosened later - which never happened. Finally, another stylist comes over to help her pin the curls telling her how to do this. It was obvious this poor girl didn't know what to do. Was I panicking? Yes because we'd been there over 2 hours and her date was heading to our home in about 30 min. and we were no closer to being done than the hour before. Finally, I made it clear we had to go and she finished pinning it up. When I went to pay, they overcharged me by $20 ($100 total!) when they had quoted me $35 for makeup and $45 for hair when I called to schedule. (BTW, when I mentioned this later, she told me she tapes all these calls for people like me. She said she told me those prices were "STARTING" prices. I disagree.) At checkout, I made it clear I was unhappy. Her hair was a hot mess. It had all these elements of great hair, but none of it went together. I was trying not to upset my daughter, but I was so angry! How can you spend over 2 1/2 hours in a salon and get that?! I paid the fee and yes, I even tipped, because I didn't want to appear so ugly to the poor stylist; I blame the salon. They should NEVER have paired us with someone who cannot do hair and FOR A PROM! I left and got my daughter home. I pinned up these stringy ends that were hanging in her face and covered these pinned curls that were literally over each ear. (Strange) and had to use over 15 bobby pins to get the hair stabilized from her poor pinning job. All in all, my daughter was beautiful but it was not the hair she or I envisioned and certainly not worth $50!!!! After my daughter left, I called the salon back and let them know how very unhappy I was and I requested a refund on the hair only. The makeup was beautiful. Do you know what this lady did? She blamed the whole thing on ME! She said that I kept interrupting the stylist (not true) and that I had upset the stylist to the point that she left in tears. How is that my fault? I did make it clear I was unhappy when leaving, but I did not make a scene and I did not scream/yell at anyone. She also proceeded to tell me she orders only the "BEST" professional bobby pins that were medium/heavy hold. When daughter got home and took pins out, they were the most flimsy pins and no wonder the hair was falling down before she left for prom. Lady told me she would have to discuss option with her "partner" and get back to me. It is now Monday morning, 4/23/2018, and she just called to tell me I can have a $20 gift certificate to their services, but that's it. No refund on the hair, nada, zilch, nothing. When I told her that was unacceptable and that they should offer that $20 in a cash refund, she said, "Look, I'm busy. I just wanted you to know I didn't forget about this. This is all I am offering." NO THANKS, I'll NEVER go back for any services. The place is run down, it's outdated and apparently so is it's customer service policy. read more

Brandy is great and so is her staff. She does great work and gets you in and out. I have very fine hair and she is very meticulous in not over processing it. I know I can trust her to make my hair come out great and for being honest with what cut/style that would be ideal. I moved from another town and am so glad I found her without having to keep searching for the perfect salon. She knows her stuff!!! read more

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a perm. I sat down with Brandy, and she told me that my hair was too long and heavy, and that the perm would not hold. That for the best results, I should get layers. I told her that I wanted to keep my length, and she said that we would keep the length. She then put me in Kats chair. Ladies never, I mean never get your hair done by this women. She completely butchered my hair. I thought I was getting some soft layers, that would help hold the curl. She took about half my hair, added horrible choppy layers, and thinned it out, which we did not discuss at all. My hair isn't even at all. She completely messed up the perm. Brandy made her perm the top half of my head twice! She had told me that since I had so much hair they would have to charge me double for the product that was being used, but then she chopped off half my hair, and still made me pay $200. Then when Kat was taking out the curlers, another stylist came up to help, and she made a comment about perming a girls hair the week before that was down to her butt. So why did they chop all of my hair off!? I have always been the type to be like it's just hair and it will grow back, but I was ugly crying in the chair. I said I didn't like the hair cut, and Kat said that if she didn't cut it all off it would have looked like ramen. Who tells their client that?! When Kat said she was done, one side of my hair was about an inch longer than the other. I brought it to Brandy's attention, she said it was an easy fix. That's another inch of my hair gone! Had an appointment to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding. The hair was okay, but the makeup was atrocious. After two people argued (in front of me) who was going to do the makeup, I got it done by someone who said they haven't done it in awhile and didn't seem confident. When I finally got to see the work, it was horrible. I went home and washed it off and did it myself. A three year old could paint better than that. read more

I wouldn't give this place one star! I explained to the stylist that I wanted to try something different. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted, it was different tones of red. I thought it would enhance my natural red hair. She recommended a Balayage. She bleached my hair and put a toner in it. It looked horrible! There wasn't any red in it at all. It looked like someone poured peroxide on my hair. I told the stylist that I did not like it and there wasn't any red in it like I wanted. She put a different color toner in and that made it worse! My hair was orange and pink. She told me that the color will change, just give it some time. Throughout the day/night it got worse. There were also blotches throughout. I spoke to Brandy and she said to come in the next day and she would fix it. I went the next day and she had the same stylist attempt to fix it. Brandy was in a hurry to get me out of there. The stylist colored pieces with a deep plum color and toned the rest. The next day I had a company Christmas party to attend and several other events that weekend and through the week. I was humiliated!! Brandy also charged me $250, mind you, I have shoulder length hair. When I asked for a refund she explained that they have a no refund policy. Every time I wash my hair the color gets worse and worse! I can not explain how humiliated and disappointed I am. read more

Went for a facial & pedicure - the people were nice but the services were really bad! The place was dirty, bad bad pedicure and when it came to the facial they didn't have me remove my shirt - so no shoulder and neck work and they did not even turn off the overhead light and the technician smacked on her gum the whole time - I thought it might fall out on my face. Brandy is the best hair coloring specialist I have been to so far. She covers the graying hair perfectly without damaging your hair. The color is perfect and does not fade for at least five months. The pedicure area is clean and very sanitized. I love the individual sinks for pedicures instead of the pedicure chair. Those pedicure chairs are rarely cleaned correctly and causes fungus in your nails. read more

Have since started my nail and hair services and these guys really know what they are doing! Not only that, they are down to earth really really nice people. No divas here. I hate giving bad reviews, but others need to know that this place is horrible. I have tried them out a few times hoping that maybe they were having an "off day" and that next time would be better, but it never got better. The staff is completely rude. They made me feel like an idiot and explained things to me like I was a 5 year old (Im 26). The last time I went, which was just about 2 weeks ago right before Thanksgiving, I had the WORST experience ever. I had asked for a soft blondish brown color but the finished result was an almost orange brown blond color. Looked so bad. Also, now my hair won't stop breaking off! Because the girl put so much bleach, she fried my hair so bad. I had asked for a trim, she cut about 6 inches off. And since my hair is fried, my hair keeps breaking off and getting shorter and shorter. My hair is so ugly now. I look like I have a freaking mullet!! I have to wear my hair up all the time now because the hair is all different lengths and I can not even style it :( I will never be back. So much for cute holiday pictures this year :((( read more
