He started by greeting us barefoot, which was an odd choice. He coughed & cleared his throat throughout the whole massage. When I asked for the table warmer on, he said it was, but then bent down and turned it on. When he used his arms to massage me it felt like a hairy loofa *gross*. I had cupping added on to my service and I'm not sure if Pete knew what he was doing. I felt immediate relief when Stacey did my cupping, but the cups didn't stay and weren't nearly as helpful when Pete did them. Lastly, Pete lingered for a VERY long time after the massage. It's very awkward as you're trying to pay and leave a tip with someone is staring at you...still barefoot *professionalism* I would go back again, but I would definitely ask for Stacey.

I went to Jenny's spa for my birthday...but was not expecting what I got…read more This was not my first massage I've ever received...or my first Swedish massage. So the first thing I noticed was the spa music was in the hallway and not in the room...then the massage table had a hole for your face, not like other massage tables that have the face rest off the table. The guy who came in had my arms out as if I was on a cross but the first time he brushed up against my hand? I moved my arms back down next to me. Then all I could hear was his heavy breathing and stomach gurgling...I also told him where my trouble spots were...neck and shoulders, low back...he put a bunch of oil on my back and used his forearms to massage me. Once I flipped over I told him that he hadn't worked on any of my knots, he was just simply rubbing me down with oil...so he asked me to flip back over and he worked more on my neck and shoulders where he found the knots... I was not happy with my massage but paid the 70.00 dollars...I didn't tip and Jenny said...oh you're not going to tip? As if I HAVE to, and I said no I'm not. And left. I don't think I'll be going back. It was a weird experience. And the heavy breathing could've been drowned out by spa music IN the room.

The men there are unbelievable with foot massages. I have never tried the back massages but often go in for a quick foot massage to relieve pain and stress. I reccomend for anyone with joint, diabetic or certain types arthritis pain/swellng in feet. They'll massage gently or firm if you ask. It's not too pricey either. A fair 20 minutes for 20 dollars, much better than paying your kids to rub mom or dad's feet

My masseuse literally did nothing while my feet soaked and was conveniently not done with one foot when halfway through. He said he would do 10 more minutes. He did that and never did my hands, then charged me $10 extra and was shocked when I didn't tip him. The reflexology is good but the second masseuse just showed poor ethics. Be wary.

Reba was friendly enough and the space was inviting but there was little I found relaxing about this... Complaints: 1) Reba began our session off with a PRAYER TO JESUS. Now listen, i'm all for healers connecting with whatever they think helps them to heal and gives them their gift...but do it silently!! As someone who doesn't believe in Jesus and has experienced some traumatic situations around being discriminated against for this I was incredibly uncomfortable and this made me more tense than I already was. 2) Reba wouldn't stop talking! I tried subtle responses, one word answers, and even pretending I was asleep but to no avail. I finally just gave in about halfway through and chatted back- realizing relaxation was not gonna be happening. 3) The topics she chatted about were highly inappropriate and very personal. Her religion, politics, her children (and racial issues associated with them), and even her health issues. These included gastrointestinal and lady issues!! Ummm...how is hearing abotu your va-jay-jay gonna relax me?!?! 4) She commented on my skin and some bumps I have and started diagnosising me with different diseases/deficincies. As a doctor who doesnt practice medicine, I know how dangerous this is and was appaled she would risk giving medical advice. Also, here i am buck-naked in front of this woman and she tries to make me feel comfortable by commenting on my skin's flaws...not cool! I wanted to crawl under the sheet and die! 5) She didn't really focus on the spots I told her I was struggling with the most. She also very rarey checked in about pressure after the first 15 minutes despite clearly having muscle spasm once or twice because she was too hard. I know some of this I could have voiced to her but by the end I just wanted to get out of there! Also confrontation does not equal relaxing in my book. I felt like I needed a spa day to recover from my massage! I felt bad about myself and not at all relaxed when I left. On the plus side Reba called to check in the next day to be sure I was feeling ok (I was actually more sore than I have ever been after a massage and almost went to the chiropractor to have an adjustment cause my neck hurt so bad). I however, did not return her call and will NOT be returning to her business.

I stopped by on a whim because my back was killing me. Marilyn (the owner) was the only one working and she asked me to come back in 30 minutes, so I did. She was very nice and did a great job. From the outside, the place looks a little scetch, but it was a lot nicer on the inside. It's pretty clean and bigger than it looks from the outside. It's listed as "Asian Massage" on Yelp, but the outside only says "Massage". It's a nice place to go and get a massage (no funny stuff), and the owner was very nice. I would come back for sure the next time I'm in the area.
