The problem is they don't have qualified workers. The job was partially done and they disappeared even though I was told the owner, Jeremiah, was running the crew personally. After many phone calls, they sent another crew to finish. that crew did more work and left. Now I awaited the stump grinder. He could not grind since the crew did not take the stump low enough. Now many phone calls later, I was told to "take care of it yourself"!!!!!! I ask for a refund and got a "I'll talk to Jeremiah" and the phone went dead. Don't use this company.

Many said I needed to chop the entire thing down because "it's gonna fall on your house".. thanks you fear mongering jerk... I found that hard to believe with how old the tree is. Some told me just to trim it up and the weight would lift off the house. All of them wanted to charge me $1,500 plus to do it! Needless to say, I sent them packing. These guys gave me exactly what I asked for, get the tree off of my roof while still keeping it for a price that was not a down payment for a car. For $500 they did an amazing amount of work. All trimmings and logs were hauled away leaving my driveway cleaner than it was before and even my neighbors commenting on how dedicated these guys were. Even through the small rain showers throughout the day, they stayed until the job was done. I'm keeping their card. I may not need anything else done for this tree for another 5 years thanks to them, but in case I do, I know who I'm calling.

Just got the final bill and they added $2,200 to replace wood. Not a call from them explaining why they need to replace 414 linear foot of wood. Update: negotiated wood cost down to $1500. Father and son came out to inspect roof. As before very knowledgeable and have a lot of good contacts. Apologized for not giving me a call on the wood. If I had known so much wood was rotten over the detached garage I probably would have torn it down.

In the beginning they did their job; which was easy they had a brand new lawn and a brand new irrigation system. Once I moved from my property and rented it out they stopped placing signs in my yard after service and continued to bill me. FYI -IT IS ILLIEGAL TO SPRAY A LAWN WITHOUT A SIGN BEING PLACE!!! When I confronted them about it the Woman (Monica) who answers the phone was combative and answered "I thought you didn't live here?" Sound Suspicious ???? I have a lawn mowing service that has documented everything!! My beautiful lawn has gotten worse and worse though the excuses and invoices have never stopped.
