Our driver was there with a smile and a sign with our name on it. What a welcome sight after 12 hours of travel time! Our driver was so friendly. He told jokes most of the way to our Heathrow connection, and kept us very amused. He also had the car stocked with waters & CANDY! Kids thought he was the best driver ever. The company was professional. I arranged everything over the internet, pre-paid the fare and it all went as planned. No complaints. We haven't always had good luck with transportation companies, seems like they're never where they should be. This place is fantastic - highly recommend.

Yes, life sometimes gets busy and you forget to do some things. Actually, I didn't forget, but I thought Gatwick was close enough to our hotel that we could take the tube or just Uber over there or something. Well, from our hotel, it was actually a 1 hour and 20 minute ride. Oopsie. Once I found out, I quickly turned to Yelp. Not too many shuttle services I found, but 1 of them had 5 reviews and 5 stars. Let's give it a shot. I booked it online thru my phone and got a quick confirmation. I was all set. I have to admit, I was a little nervous because one email said they didn't charge me yet. I guess that's good, but I thought they might back out since it was only 1 day notice (if it's 12 hours or less, you need to make sure you contact them). Alpay called me a few minutes before his scheduled arrival. Unfortunately, there was no place where he could stop in front of our hotel, because it's a bus lane. Luckily, a little bit further down, there was a small driveway that he stopped for a minute or two. He picked us up and 80 minutes later, we were at Gatwick! The car seemed almost brand new (and it was a Mercedes Benz!). The ride was smooth. So smooth that the rest of the family had a nice little nap. I think he saw that they were asleep, so he kept the small talk to a minimum. A very friendly guy, though. The cost to get to the airport was about 70 GBP, which is about $92. Not bad considering the distance.

I booked an executive car and my driver (Ben) was brilliant; professional and showed a real understanding of how to drive around London. I didn't want to hassle with trains/the underground with tons of bags and potential pit pockets as well as trying to figure out the routes. Taxis also made me nervous because even though they should take credit cards, I read some horror stories about them not doing so and didn't want to have to worry about having that much cash on hand. There was also no way I'd rent a car and try to drive into London. I read positive reviews about Just Airports online and the rate seemed really reasonable compared to Uber or a taxi so I booked them for my ride to and from Heathrow. I was a bit worried having never used a car service from an airport how pick up/drop off would be if flight times changed or getting through customs/passport control took to long, etc. However everything went completely smoothly! We landed early into Heathrow but our pickup was there and he got us right to our destination! At the end of our trip, we left our hotel and our driver was already waiting to take us to the airport. The doorman said he was even there a little earlier then our pick up time which was really nice to know. The prices were great and it was nice to have everything paid for ahead of time so that we could just sit back and relax once we were actually on the trip. It's as easy as putting your flight number and landing time as well as your drop off/pick up point if having them get you at your hotel and then you just pay ahead of time! I will definitely use them again!
