I met personally with the owner, who offered me the opportunity to provide executive transportation services on an as-needed basis. From the beginning, I fully understood and accepted that work was not guaranteed and that assignments would be occasional. As part of the company's professional appearance requirements, I was asked to purchase formal attire, including a suit, dress shoes, a tie, and other accessories. This represented a personal investment of approximately $500, which I made in good faith, hoping to build a positive and lasting professional relationship with the company. To be fair, the company covered certain administrative expenses, including background checks, medical examinations, and licensing requirements. I acknowledge and appreciate that. However, after completing approximately four assignments, I stopped receiving work or any communication from the company. It has now been approximately two months without any contact, explanation, or professional follow-up. Additionally, I no longer have access to the driver platform. My disappointment is not about the lack of guaranteed work. I understood the nature of the 1099 arrangement from the very beginning. My concern is the lack of communication, transparency, and consideration toward someone who invested personal time and money to represent the company professionally. For an independent contractor, $500 is a significant financial commitment. I approached this opportunity with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to contribute to the company's reputation and success. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, not because of the number of assignments I received, but because of how the professional relationship was handled. My family was traveling together except for my oldest daughter; she had to travel on another…read moreairline. We had worked it out to get our flights to arrive back at Lambert Airport at around the same time and then we could all go home together... then ... in walks "Murphy's Law!" Our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection back to Lambert. If my daughter's plane arrives on time then no one will there to pick her up! While waiting on standby for our next flight back to Lambert Airport, I looked up transportation for the Ofallon, IL area. SuperShuttle didn't service the Ofallon, IL area. Then, I found R&R Transport. I called and Royce picked up. I told him our circumstance and that my daughter would be landing within the next couple of hours. He responded and arrived at Lambert at the time my daughter's plane was to arrive. RELIEF!!! Murphy's Law was still hanging around because then my daughter texted us and told us her plane was delayed at her connection and she'd be arriving into Lambert about 45 minutes late. Oh no, Royce is going to leave, I thought. I called Royce and told him my daughter's plane was delayed by 45 minutes. By then he was already at Lambert. He told me he'd wait and make sure my daughter got home safely. I was so grateful. Finally, the other half the family arrives in Lambert about 3 hours later. Royce texted me to let me know my daughter was home. My daughter texted me the same and told me Royce was funny and really nice. What a professional! What a great customer experience!!! My husband paid him for waiting at the airport and then his regular rate for the transport from the airport to our house. We will always use Royce and R&R Transport! You should too!

This man borrows money from vulnerable old clients stating his wife died and he needs help paying…read morehis house payments. He borrowed $400 from a lady in a retirement home with no intentions of paying her back. He said he would pay her back on the 3rd of sept.2016 but then called her this morning to tell her he's broke and will not be returning the money. That is wrong and predetory behavior. I would highly advise all people to avoid this man like the plague. He has been banned from our building and the police will be called if he is seen in this building. Regardless of whether anyone calls him or not. I'm sure this is not the first time he has done this. Hopefully I will not regret posting this but I feel it's important to warn others so they don't make the same mistake. It is not at all appropriate to even ask clients to borrow him any money at all.

Guests were able to relax, visit with seldom-seen relatives and even move around to visit with other people. Had we rented a limousine, we wouldn't have had that utility. Considering that we hauled 17 or 18 people, the cost was reasonable. YES! I would recommend Russ and your company.
