Unfortunately, the prescription from St. Luke was incorrect and my father was seeing tilted and felt very uncomfortable. We brought the glasses back to Eyeglass world and they offer to perform a new eye exam. It turned out that the original prescription was off. My son had a lot of scientific questions about how glasses work and what was wrong with his eyes. The manager enthusiastically answered all his questions and drew him a diagram of how his eyes were functioning. Later, I realized that I had two different insurance plans. I asked if they could retroactively check the other plan to see if my out of pocket would be less. The manager agreed and ended up refunding me after submitting my claim to the insurance with better coverage. We will definitely be back!
