The staff is always professional and friendly atop that. My visits have always been with Dr. Kruzer. You can tell that she is excited and passionate about her work. She explains everything in a clear and understandable manner and she always invites questions about anything that you might not understand. For over a decade I went to a business that was around the corner from my home in Fern Creek - after another company acquired them. I knew it was time for a change. Two business later, I can honestly say Mooney EyeCare Center is and will always be my forever home for my eyes. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. I love the decor! The waiting rooms and the exam rooms all have the same artistic floor that relaxes you and puts you at ease. There was no wait to get placed into an exam room and the wait for my eye doctor was minimal. My optometrist was Dr. Hargus. His eye examination was thorough and he asked appropriate questions as needed. Dr. Hargus was extremely knowledgeable, speaks very clearly and made direct eye contact when discussing my eye assessment with me. He was also friendly. I was please with his demeanor and intelligence. I have found my new forever home for my eye health. I strongly recommend Mooney EyeCare Center

At checkout they priced me $500 for lenses and frames we're not mentioned. I requested my prescription and was given one without all information which proved worthless, missing was astigmatism information which is critical for correct glasses. I called to get prior prescription and was met with resistance then was told would email me, never came. A week later I called back and finally got a email where the important information was on this prescription. I bought online for $149 a perfect pair of glasses which are the best I've ever had. I will never go back because of the unscrupulous way they sabotage your prescription if you decide to get your glasses somewhere else. Good buy.
