For the last ten years or so, every time I shopped for a new pair of glasses (usually about once a year since my prescription is still changing), it takes a company at least three weeks to get my lenses in. Even then I have to pray that they're right the first time (more often than not, they're way off). I didn't expect anything different when I walked in (Mark, the pink is kinda sketchy, just sayin...) but BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! Three days. They had my glasses in in THREE DAYS. I think I was in fourth grade (I'm out of college now) the last time I had glasses in under a week. Not only were they in (and my 'script correct) but he even took the time to tint the edges to blend in more with the frame, after they were supposed to be closed for the evening! The digital lenses they offer are AWESOME!!!! I'm still working on getting used to them, but the fact that my lenses are about half as thin as my previous pair of "micro-thin" lenses already makes them more manageable. My vision is SUPER CLEAR. I'll probably write a second review once they get my sunglasses in. The lenses came in at the same time as my others, but Mark told me that he didn't like how they turned out. I convinced him to let me try them on just to see, and he was right. They weren't quite right. But the fact that he wasn't even going to show me until they met HIS approval says volumes about the service he provides. He's not going to let anyone leave his store unless they're fully satisfied that their vision is right, or that he's going to do something to make it right. Thank you Mark, and the other staff that helped me. Your turnaround time is beyond amazing, the product (the digital lenses) are better than anything I've had, and I've had glasses my entire life. And you didn't let me walk out the door with glasses that didn't work. Five stars aren't enough. Two thumbs up aren't enough. I hope you guys aren't allergic to chocolate because when you call me to tell me my sunglasses are in you may have an influx of cookies.

It was impossible to clean them! Next thing I knew there were a million scratches on them! Mine and my wifes sunglasses only lasted two years before mine broke three times and my wifes tint started coming off of hers. I paid a total of around $750 cash for 4 pair's. Never again!

I had ordered a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglassses on Oct. 20th and they were supposed to arrive two weeks later (Nov. 3rd) for an epic road trip to the desert southwest. They did not arrive, so I had to drive 2,500 miles without sunglasses. On Wednesday (Nov. 5th) they called and advised that my glasses were ready for pickup. I returned today, but they could not find them. Turns out, they forgot to tint them! WHO BUYS UNTINTED RAY-BANS? So they had to send them back to the lab. Every single pair of glasses I've ordered through Terrezza have been wrong! On one occasion, an optical staff member forgot to include the prism, a critical oversight when that's part of the prescription! Every other time, it been a screw-up by the lab, also owned by Dr. Gene Terrezza. Several weeks ago, I took my wife to pick up her new RX glasses...guess what? No prism on her new lenses either! I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Take your business to a place that values Quality Control (QC), because Gene Terrezza obviously has lost sight of that valuable commodity.

The girl at the counter didn't know how to process my health insurance and had me waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half. She had me calling them then she called them and then called them again. It was super disorganized. I never even got to take the eye exam that I made an appointment for and then she said I could take it for $89 without insurance but with insurance it's $10 so make it make sense. I declined and left the store an hour and a half later. A second star for the very nice staff in the glasses side of the store. They were very professional and competent. They were even confused on why the gal at the eye exam counter couldn't figure out my insurance when they literally had it pulled up with my plan but because the doctors office 'processes things differently' I wasn't able to get the exam at all. They saved my vision…read more I went to my regular eye appointment at 2:00 pm. Dr Corredor, OR with Terrezza's office compared my photos of my eyes that they had just taken & then compared them to last years. That's when he immediately said "this doesn't look right to me". Dr Corredor, OD immediately referred me to Retina Specialty Institute. Because of the severity of my right eye, they got me in in less than 30 minutes. He took care of me so well. So I then arrived to Retina Specialty Institute statute. I waited less than 10 minutes before they called me back. According to Dr Ahmet Ozkok, MD, It turned out that my right eyes's retina had torn/detached in a horse shoe type pattern. I believe he said it was 80% detached. He immediately did a type of laser procedure. He made sure to add numbing drops first. And when I cried, he would stop and calm me down. I cried because apparently I'm just a baby! He has a wonderful bedside manner. I may be older - but I was still so scared. He gave me very specific instructions and the staff stayed late because of my procedure. Everyone was so very nice & patient with me. Dr Oscar Corredor, OD (Terrezza's Optical) and Dr Ahmet Ozkok MD (Retina Specialty Institute) saved my vision. Because this happened late on a Friday afternoon. Had they not cared about me - I would have ended up in emergency surgery over the weekend. I love both these doctors and I know you will too. I trust them both with not just my vision but with my life. These two doctors worked in tandem to save my vision. That is why I decided to put them both in each of their businesses.
