Moments later, in walks Maars, a younger associate that was articulate, gracious, and courteous....ONE OF THE MOST POLISHED ASSOCIATES IN ALL MY YEARS PATRONIZING ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!!!!!! He handle the transaction efficiently, and represents the company with a STELLAR ATTITUDE! Even the repair shop staff were impressed with the POLISHED interaction! (5-STAR!!!!!) Returned the other part I did not need to the store without issue, with the help of Kelli, the Retail Parts Pro who admittedly knows a heck of alot more abut cars than I do! It was then I got to talk with all the abovementioned staff a bit more and discover it not only a corporate HUB for all its auto parts distribution with everything in stock, but a HUB for kindness, knowledge and professionalism from the top down!
