A "lottery win" moment for me. It took only 2 days to have it brought over from another location and was installed ahead of time because of the forecasted inclement Michigan weather. Its ok mistakes happen. Called the store and they went into action to assist and rectify things WITHIN MINUTES ALL WITHOUTH THE CAR LEAVING THE HOIST! Seriously.....WOW!!!!!! Speaking with Mike Achenza, he quantified my problem, found the correct part, and after a few very short moments on hold had approval from the store manager Charlie to have the part run up to the repair shop I was using.....no extra charge! Moments later, in walks Maars, a younger associate that was articulate, gracious, and courteous....ONE OF THE MOST POLISHED ASSOCIATES IN ALL MY YEARS PATRONIZING ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!!!!!!
