Despite saying, they offer free estimates, Town And Country pulled the permit and didn't even bother to go out and check the work or give me an estimate. They managed to fail not one, but TWO rough in inspections! Yes, Tim, the owner expects me to pay for his failed inspections. But it gets worse, three different electricians came in to do exactly what? They re-stapled some wires, and then put in two new outlets that the city didn't require, including one in another bedroom. When I called about the unnecessary work and inflated charges the owner, Tim, literally screamed at me over the phone. Unprofessional, condescending, rude and dismissive. I offer to make a partial payment, but he responded with more threats. He refused mediation. This bill is almost $1200. He threatened to put a lien on my house and actually that's the first thing he follow through on with great Efficiency. I've used this company before and have experienced their price gouging, but I was in a bind. they knew when I called them I was a blank check opportunity because only Town And Country Plumbing can call in for the Final Inspection.
