Great pick if you're looking for a business relationship, and not just some robots taking your orders and upcharging you with random fees added on at payment. After providing me quotes for multiple different materials and sizes, which they did in a timely fashion, we ordered over a dozen posters on silica material. While I'm not as familiar with the industry standard prices for poster printing, M&M was affordable for my situation. It was definitely cheaper than Canva, and they provided me with more options as well. One relative idiosyncrasy, since I was ordering over the phone and email, was that I had to fill out and sign a credit card authorization form--haven't seen one of these in years. The turnaround was decently quick - around a week - and they contacted me with a tracking number for shipping to DC. But the workers all know me by look and if I haven't been in for a few days, they ask me how life is going haha. They are VERY quick to scan your packages and get you on with your day. My only issue is the parking can be a pain, especially during the lunch hours because there are many restaurants (but this isn't their fault, I'm just saying to adjust what time you go). I usually never go around 11:30-12:30 because you can't get a parking spot. Great customer service!

When called Postal Annex in Chantilly, spoke to an employee, v explained all the details, and this person has raised his voice on the phone and recommended to go elsewhere since there are other locations available if the appointment was cancelled, without providing the reason. So instead of simply providing the basic customer service by listening to the customer without interruption and attempting to provide the work around (by turning the business away and sending the customer to choose a different location, which customer knows and there was a reason why he was not interested in the alternative location) - the employee has chose to raise his voice and trying to argue on the phone. When asked about his and manager's name, he had provided same unknown wrong name. Expecting for the Manager's apology and refund, spent too much time on this, employee was very rude, poor customer service, unprofessional.
