I am completely satisfied with my choice. At first I was very hesitant to do business with RI Junk Removal because of a recent negative review by Anthony E. on BBB and Yelp regarding payment. I can't comment on what took place with the bad review, but I believe it to be unsubstantiated and unreliable as a full reflection of RI Junk Removal. I say this because, as I project manager by trade, I engaged Richard and his company by email and was deliberately vague and questioning about timing, pricing, and the ability to move my items. I also received feedback from others on Richard's communication. I took a chance and beyond Richard's word, their service backed it all up. Richard, Ben, Noah, and Jose, I thank you all very much and will recommend you to anyone who needs their junk removed.
